Great location. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Extremely clean rooms and fantastic service. They allowed for an early check in and also for a one hour delayed check out due to our health issue emergency. Definitely recommend for a great stay.

It's a great place to stay. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is good both at the restaurant and lounge as well. If you are looking to be closer to the kumarakom bird sanctuary and backwater cruises. This could be one of the options to stay at.

We have stayed in a premium room with a view of the backwaters and pool, it was great, they did not charge extra for late logout, food was good, parking is available

Good hotel, comfortable rooms, good food. The only concern was noise from the other rooms and the corridor was heard all the day, if they could make the rooms noise free they are even better

Neat and clean hotel. Excellent hospitality, staff are very good. Nice swimming pool, but not for kids.
