Best Hotels in Kumistavi, Georgia

The whole complex is well made. The hotel is very beautiful with a pool, jacuzzi and saunas linked to it. The rooms are nicely furnished and have everything you could need. The restaurant on the first floor was very nice (There are other restaurant spaces as well). There was also a rooftop terrace, both open and closed with a bar and air conditioning. The pool was clean and the jacuzzis were warm. There is a bar at the pool and you can order simple food like pizza, kachapuri, lobani, fries and mexican potatoes. The drink selection was also very broad. Excellect stay, will come back.

Overall awesome experience...starting with great location (city center), caring and helpful staff (Maria, Igor, Neliko to name few of them), flexibility from Hotel Team in arranging everything we wanted.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. I patamu dal otkaz bronirovaniu ✌ As a result, the trip took place, I stayed at another hotel and concluded that Georgians and Georgia are very hospitable, with the exception of such hoteliers...

The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!
