👍 Best location in the area because it is inside of the Kinabalu park. Variety of room types depending on who's traveling. The restaurant is super. Jungle immersion type of rooms. 👎 Coffee cups were dirty and only had 1 coffee bag, but the room is for 2 people. The heater broke down in the middle of the night. Room (Nepethen suite) had no view of the Mt. Kinabalu.

Nice resort, great to be back in nature & looking forward to be back

Check in was quick and easy. The lady that served me was feeling a bit run down with cold at the time but she still maintained her professionalism and served us with a smile and answered to every questions that we had. Kudos to the lady (I forgot to ask for her name). We stayed at Garden Lodge. We were a pax of 5 adults and 2 children under 3. They allowed for added mattress for RM 71 adult fare and half price for children. Upon reaching our lodge, it was really impressive standing tall and facing right straight to Mount Kinabalu. The views were really impressive all throughout the day. The rooms were exactly like the pictures - so pretty! All the decorations details were impressive. Facilities were top notch. They provided water heater for in case it gets cold at night. Shower was good with pressure. Bedsheets and bath towels were clean and smelled fresh. They even provided chess board game and jenga. Complimentary coffee and tea available. They even had filtered water if you ran out of bottled water! Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with many selections from memory - cakes and pastries, toast and croissants, nasi lemak with beef rendang, fried chicken and sambal sotong, noodle station, eggs station, fruits and cereals available. There’s a coffee and tea machine. Juices available too. We took a stroll to Kinabalu botanical garden after breakfast. Really pleasant. We will definitely be coming back again.

Superb location. We didn't climb Mt Kinabalu but did lots of hiking. Breakfast buffet was nice, a good selection. Air was fresh and cool. The views were spectacular!

A very cool and nice villa. Although the building a bit old, but the facilities are renovated. Some of the items only available after requested, so a bit inconvenient. If you have kids that can take care of themselves, then the staircase and 2-storeys design are good, and vice versa. The environment is foggy in the evening, quite nice!

Love all the crews so much! They are all super helpful and friendly. The location is just super perfect for me as a kinabalu hiker, all the service was great too, will definitely choose here agn if i come for second kinabalu hike

It is our 3rd time in 8 years staying in this Lodge. Our only choice when in Kundasang. Its secluded, quiet and offer a lot of privacy. You will be at the base of Mt Kinabalu, has majestic Mt view in morning.its a privilege to be staying in National Park.

Check in is fast. Room is big and clean.. Come with clean water for drinking. The room is at the foot of the mountain. Just alot of insects as they are attracted by the lights

Overall is good, the sofa is abit too old and dirty. But overall it’s comfortable to stay in, with nice trees and nature surroundings.

There were stains on the pillow cases. I didn't know that the bathrooms were shared. It should have been clearly stated.

Good, no complaints. The view was excellent. Would come again if given the opportunity.

Beautiful chalet

Everything was great. Right from check in, to the staffs available while navigating to our suite, the suite itself - really spacious and crisp clean! They even provide a card on the following day’s weather forecast to allow you to plan for your next day’s activity. There is really nothing to complain. Great stay, great views of Mt K right out of our doorstep. Will surely come again!
