Clean comfortable rooms and very good breakfast

Bed bugs! And dirty floor, thin doors, noisy neighbourhood

Not so bad.

After a long time of fussing, I finally needed to pay (Ctrip already paid). After waiting for half an hour in total, I came out to the front desk upstairs and asked if I wanted to check in. After finishing the process, I asked about the parking fee, but I didn’t know anything about it. The elevator is also out of order. The location is okay, opposite the train station, and there is a DM store less than 400 meters next to it. Breakfast is okay, there is fruit.

very old hotel . reception in 2 nd floor . room very dark . only can use for transit needed . for short period . no parking for load up luggage . .相當舊,沒有停車位在門前 , 𨋢很窄 , 上落行李非常困難. 衹是當地人出差暫住的.

不建議入住

Mold in bathroom leaking shower pan. They did not clean the room 3 nights out of 8. Ran out of TP. Had to find a cart. Requested a day early departure and was told they don’t refund. Corridor carpet is nasty. Elevator does not work. The noise on Friday and Saturday goes until 4 AM from the clubs by the hotel.

Stay away from the hotel. Even if you can't expect too much near the train station, it gets worse. Club next to the hotel. Booming bass until 4 a.m. Party people outside the door. Cars driving around all night. Späti next door with a crowd of party people filling up and blocking the hotel entrance. It was a horrific night without sleep. Please book somewhere else. The rooms are also not sensibly laid out. If you think you're getting a cheap night including breakfast, you're on the wrong track. Only the breakfast lady is friendly. The breakfast selection is limited but OK.

The hotel is horrible, seedy, smell of cigarettes in the lobby, night club right downstairs, hair on the sheets that are supposed to be clean...dirty...I don't recommend this place. The pillowcase smelled like it hadn’t been changed…

Ich war zu einem Klassentreffen für 3 Tage nach Pforzheim gekommen und habe im Hotel Ruf übernachtet. Ich kenne dieses Hotel bereits seit über 20 Jahren - von außen und anhand von Erfahrungsberichten meiner Klassenkameraden, die dort während der Ausbildung gewohnt haben. Das einstmals vor 100 Jahren erste Haus am Platz hat diesen Rang schon lange nicht mehr. Früherer Check-in als 15 Uhr wäre nur per Aufpreis drin gewesen, andere Hotels sind da flexibler. Einchecken um 15 Uhr war dann auch nur mit Verspätung möglich, weil das Personal einfach in den Feierabend abgehauen ist, ohne auf die Ablösung zu warten. Das hinterläßt keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Nachdem die Eincheckhürde gemeistert war, war ich überrascht von einem - im Vergleich zum in die Jahre gekommenen und bessere Zeiten gesehen habenden Hotelflur - geräumigen, modern eingerichteten Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank mit Zimmertresor und einem geräumigen Bad. Hoteleigenes freies Wifi gab es auch. Die Nächte waren allerdings nicht so ruhig wie sie hätten sein können, da im selben Haus zwei Clubs beherbergt sind, die bis nachts um 4 beatreiche Diskomusik spielen. Das Bumpern der Beats hört man noch dumpf im 1. Stock des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und variantenreich (Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Obst, warme Speisen...). Negativ empfand ich, daß ich, als ich vor der Auscheckzeit um 12 Uhr meinen Koffer aus dem Zimmer holen wollte, bereits aus meinem Zimmer ausgesperrt worden war und ich mir aufsperren lassen mußte. Fazit: Es war eine Erfahrung wert, die ich nicht zwangsläufig wiederholen muß.
