When we checked out the next day, we asked a woman at the front desk whether we had to check the room before returning the deposit. She said yes, and then we strolled outside for more than 20 minutes. She said that she had checked the room. When I got home that day, I found that some clothes were left in the hotel. I called the front desk. After checking, they said that they had received the room center. I was very angry and asked the front desk why they didn’t tell us immediately that there were missing items after checking the room? He said confidently, "We don't check the room"!!! Then let me call the courier to send it back myself! I was very surprised. Is it possible that the working standards of the day shift and the night shift in this hotel are different? Or are they used to talking nonsense to guests? In addition, when we checked in, a cleaning lady followed us in and said that she wanted to post something. She stayed in the room for a few minutes before leaving! Shouldn't these be fixed before guests check in? ! Hotel management, please reflect on yourselves! I don't recommend this hotel!
