優點： 衞生、環境、這是很不錯。買的套餐含悦榕莊的下午茶，下午茶很漂亮，大堂也很美，但是空調開的太足了，超級超級冷。 雖然颱風剛走，園子裏很多樹倒下了，但能看得出園景是經過精心設計的，鴨子不怕人，很喜歡上岸，小朋友很喜歡，玩的超級開心。 前台給升級成了禪意房型，房間裏面硬件沒得説。 缺點： 1、新開的，房間味道不小，剛入睡的時候略微有點嗓子疼，還帶這孩子，有點不安； 2、所有的公共空間空調開的太低，户外25、6度，室內可能也就20度； 3、9月21日入住，碰上有企業開會，全程鬧哄哄，最坑的是湘菜那個餐廳被包了，不允許非會議的其他客人用餐。打電話給前台，反正就是無法解決，讓我們要麼去悦榕莊的粵菜吃，要麼去周圍的農家樂； 4、在出行前兩天接到電話，説是因為颱風原因無法入住，但我留意到周邊其他酒店都開，就這家説不可抗力原因入住不了。經過幾輪電話改期協調沒達成一致，又改口説可以入住，但是因為颱風導致園景觀賞、服務會受到影響。去入住看到會議包場，才反應過來，前期説因為颱風無法入住，衹是個説辭，真實原因大概率是因為要接待大型活動，想勸退散客。這個就有些敗好感了，有啥不能真誠來交流呢？過程中還是要感謝一下攜程方工作人員的積極協調和最終的解決方案。
