Hotels in Downtown Kunshan, Kunshan

The lobby has a great design, it's cozy and lively. The room is clean and tidy. There are various restaurants nearby, and if you want coffee, there are many unique little shops. Buying fruit is very convenient, and if you want a cocktail at night, there are plenty of bars just a few meters away. It was a very comfortable stay. I originally booked for two days and ended up extending for another two.

1. **Prime Location:** Directly opposite MixC World shopping complex, within walking distance to the subway station, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to Kunshan South Railway Station. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. 2. **New and Comprehensive Facilities:** Rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, comfortable bedding, and separate wet/dry bathrooms. Complimentary gym, self-service laundry, and delivery robots are available. 3. **Attentive Service:** The front desk often proactively upgrades guests to higher floors, responds quickly, and provides thoughtful touches like luggage assistance and a warm 'goodnight tea'. 4. **Abundant Breakfast:** A comprehensive buffet featuring both Chinese and Western options, with freshly prepared Aozhao noodles, Eggs Benedict, seasonal fruits, and fresh juices, all highly praised. * ”The location is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs! The night view from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows is stunning, and the Aozhao noodles for breakfast are incredibly authentic.” * ”Service is top-notch, the front desk upgraded me to a higher floor, and the free laundry room is a lifesaver for business travelers. Just a minor note, the hallway had a bit of an odor.”

The room insulation is excellent, providing great privacy – unlike some hotels where you can hear conversations from next door. The hotel's location is superb, making travel, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!

This was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is convenient to travel. The button design of this elevator feels uncomfortable. On the left, I don't know if others have the same feeling. Breakfast is still very refreshing, there are more varieties, I also want to say that can you provide sandals and slippers for bathing, I see many hotels have, the bathroom is not non-slip, there are no shoes, it is easy to wrestle.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location while visiting a client in Kunshan. Upon arrival, I found out their office was in an annex of the same complex, making my business trip incredibly convenient – a seamless, one-stop solution. The lobby has a delivery robot, so getting takeout delivered to my room was also very easy. I stayed in a deluxe room facing east, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided plenty of sunlight and an open view. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even had my favorite mini wontons. The hotel service was excellent; when checking out, they learned my client's company was next door and proactively asked if I needed to store any luggage. This will be my top choice for future business trips to Kunshan.

The check-in process was very thoughtful, and they upgraded my room. As soon as I opened the door, it felt like home – very pleasant and cozy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The cleaning staff (auntie) was very meticulous and kind in cleaning the room.

Stayed two nights in Kunshan during the summer holiday. There was a slight wait at check-in, but I got a room on a high floor! Food deliveries were brought right to the room by a robot. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was enough to fill up. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated and felt very welcoming! There's a direct passage from the hotel downstairs to the MixC mall, which is super convenient! 👍 Parking was free during my stay! It's a newly opened hotel, and the price was pretty reasonable~

Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)

Kunshan Hotel has a great location with many shops nearby. This time, the front desk staff upgraded us to the main building. The room was completely odor-free when we opened the door and meticulously cleaned. The bathroom facilities were also very new. The breakfast was plentiful and even included Aozhao noodles. When we drove up to the hotel entrance, a staff member opened the car door for us. Housekeeping attendant Aunt Du Yan was kind and friendly, and she did her work efficiently and thoroughly. All in all, this trip to Kunshan left a wonderful impression.
