My stay at the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan was absolutely perfect, a full five-star experience. It's truly a hidden gem among high-rise hotels I've stayed at in Kunshan, offering both excellent value for money and a touch of luxury. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! The hotel boasts an excellent location in a bustling commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. The 8th floor provides direct access to a shopping mall, so you don't need to venture far to satisfy all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – convenience is truly maximized. The hotel lobby, situated on the 29th floor, offers expansive and unobstructed views. The decor is light luxury and grand, incorporating elegant design details that create a wonderful ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, and the experience was superb. The room was spacious and well-laid out, never feeling cramped. The massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Kunshan's city lights at night, which were truly healing and stress-relieving. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; not a speck of dust could be found in any corner. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and fluffy, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, along with dual sinks and a bathtub, allowing for undisturbed washing and bathing. The quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, with thoughtful attention to detail. What truly impressed me most was the hotel's service. The entire staff, from Ms. Zhang to everyone else, was warm, polite, professional, and patient. Whether it was the front desk during check-in, or the housekeeping and concierge staff, their attitude was consistently gentle and attentive. Any requests were promptly addressed with meticulous care, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also boasts excellent soundproofing; despite being in a bustling area, it was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by external noise, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with a full range of meats, vegetables, desserts, and beverages. They even had local specialty Aozhao noodles, which were fresh, delicious, and authentic. The overall facilities were new and well-maintained, with high-speed internet and smart devices readily available. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience is top-notch. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Kunshan!

Very satisfied, really liked it! The room design was very cozy. The only drawback was that the bathroom hygiene was just average. The front desk staff had excellent service, and they even gave us a small gift. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station, making transportation very convenient.

The front desk service is excellent, always warm and welcoming. Xiao Zhu at the front desk provides great service and deserves praise. The room is spacious and very clean. I stay here every time I'm on a business trip, and it's always a comfortable stay.

Our original booking was for a non-smoking floor, but we were upgraded to an Executive King Room on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a bathtub, shower, smart toilet, and even bath salts. Despite being an older hotel, it's very well-maintained. The lobby felt a bit dim during the day, but it looked beautiful when lit up at night. The front desk staff were very professional. The young lady who checked us in spoke softly and was very kind. She personally escorted us to the guest room elevator and showed us where to swipe our card. Room service was quick to respond, delivering the latex pillows we requested (all the pillows were quite high, which wasn't ideal for me). Breakfast was just okay. There was a good variety, but most of the stir-fried and cold dishes were spicy. The bread and pastries were of average quality. Parking was available both above ground and in an underground garage, with an elevator directly connecting to the hotel lobby. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. It's about 4 kilometers from Tinglin Garden, a 10-15 minute drive. There's also a Golden Eagle shopping center just a few hundred meters away, making dining and shopping very convenient. At less than 500 RMB including breakfast for two, the value for money is quite good right now. Staying two consecutive nights would be even cheaper. By the way, the twin lotus flowers at Tinglin Garden are currently in bloom and a sight to behold.

This hotel is really cost-effective, with convenient parking and reasonable prices, while the services and facilities are not inferior to those of high-end hotels. I will choose this hotel again next time. Considering the location, facilities and service quality of the hotel, the price is totally worth it! Highly recommended to those who have a limited budget but pursue quality.

Extremely close to the high-speed train station, just about a 3-minute walk. The room was spacious, and despite being so near the station, it wasn't noisy at all at night; it was very quiet. Breakfast was also plentiful, and it was easy to get a taxi in the morning.

Incredibly friendly staff!! Location is super close to Kunshan South railway which I why I stayed here, and the hotel seems relatively new and modern. Certainly would stay again if in Kunshan!

Although the facilities are basic, they have everything you need. There was plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The location is easy to find, and there are many convenient dining options nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay.
