The room was new, breakfast was plentiful, the mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The bathroom facilities were good, and it's definitely worth coming back again. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was excellent, and the coffee was fragrant.

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

Quite a good hotel with standard Chinese level of service - nobody understands English ))) However everything was nice. Restaurant provides only Chinese kitchen mainly, so if you have problem with it - be ready.

Stayed at Courtyard Kunshan for a business trip and it was a perfect experience! The duty manager, Curry, checked me in super quickly, it only took a few minutes – incredibly efficient. They even thoughtfully offered a complimentary breakfast, which was abundant and delicious. Excellent service and comfortable rooms, highly recommend.

Took the family for a weekend getaway to Kunshan Holiday Inn Times and overall, we were extremely satisfied! The pre-purchased package included a breakfast buffet for two and a dinner buffet for two at the Western restaurant, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk upgraded us to a river view room, which had a great view. We were lucky enough to catch a fireworks show in the evening. The buffet had a wide variety of food, and my family all commented on how full they were. As expected from a five-star hotel, the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet stay. Plus, being newly opened, all the facilities are quite new, and the bathroom fixtures are Kohler. Overall, it was a great stay! We'll definitely consider coming back if we have the chance!

The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot, which is very convenient. The laundry room and gym are both great. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including Kunshan Aozhao noodles. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. However, there aren't many dining options around the hotel, so you'll need to walk about 10 minutes to another street for more choices.
