Stayed in a suite~ The facilities are very new, and the red bean cakes and ice cream in the lobby are delicious. There's also a handmade soap making activity, and it's super convenient to find places to eat nearby. Had a really enjoyable 3-day, 2-night stay~

This stay exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. Both the facilities and the service were exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The hotel even has a heated swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; everyone we encountered greeted us warmly. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they were very helpful in introducing the hotel's amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great too.

The room is relatively clean, there are many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, the young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, because it is the night, the front desk is busy, and I also pour a glass of water for a while, very polite

We booked a two-day, one-night package on Ctrip and stayed at the Kunshan Times Holiday Hotel. The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and arranged two master bedrooms for us on the 12th floor. The rooms were fully equipped, and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The hotel also included a complimentary buffet dinner. The dinner spread was extensive, with fresh seafood, BBQ, and pastries. It was definitely worth the trip, highly recommend!

Daily housekeeping was thorough, and toiletries were restocked promptly. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick, especially with Xiao Tan's help, saving a lot of time. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy for meetings and errands. The environment is quiet, ensuring a high quality of rest. It's an excellent choice for frequent business travelers.
