Hotels in Jiufang Shooping Center, Kunshan

The pool and playground are fantastic! It's perfect for families with kids – you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel, giving parents a well-deserved break. The beds are super spacious too! A special shout-out to Zhu Zhenyuan; I needed iodine late at night and it was brought to me immediately, along with several bottles of water. Much appreciated!

The price was great, the room was super clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The AC worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. 5-star recommendation!

The stay experience was perfect, especially praise Manager Hu! Be gentle and kind, responsible and careful, patient and thoughtful, and do things safely and reliable. The whole process is intimately arranged, responded promptly, and treats people sincerely and generously. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the service is warm, thanks to the manager Hu's heart and responsibility, the experience is full, very reliable, the next stay is still the first choice, highly recommended.

It is a newly opened hotel. Needless to say, I am satisfied with the rooms and facilities. The front desk service is attentive and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich and varied. This is also a thumbs up for this hotel. Will stay here next time.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern, international feel. The attention to detail was evident, including the cool kettle and the black, thinly trimmed bathroom accents, which added to the understated elegance. The toiletries smelled delicious. The breakfast was plentiful, and I'd stay again. The value for money was excellent. It's more understated and sophisticated than the Four Seasons.

Because I checked in early in the morning, the room was still clean, that is, the shower was blocked, I called the front desk to say maintenance, and I didn't come for an hour. Ask the front desk again, reply and urge again... I think it’s almost 2 am, forget it... I get up in the morning to blow my hair... The hair dryer is too backward, one is bad, and it takes 2 minutes to change it and it’s broken... The towel is tattered, and the edges are all tumbling... 350 nights are really worthless! Better than this all season

Good service attitude, clean and hygienic

Working near Phoenix City, I booked this temporarily, but I didn't expect the price to be so high, the value cried! The room is very new, the facilities are complete, and the staff service attitude is also very good! I will choose here next time I come here.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff is very good, very warm, and the response is very fast. I personally feel that the price is quite high. The hotel is also equipped with robots to deliver food/send things, and the speed is very fast.
