すごく良い滞在でした。接客の素晴らしさ、行き届いた部屋の掃除。何をとっても文句なしの最高の旅館でした。あと大きなスーツケースがあったので、チェックイン、アウト後も荷物の預かりをしてくれたのはとても助かりました。他のホテルではそれは無理だったので。スタッフの方々も最高級のおもてなしで、今度草津に来たらまたぜひ佳乃やさんに泊まりたいです。

ツーリングプランにて利用させて頂きました。バイクが屋根付きの専用駐車場に駐輪出来て翌日は大雨でしたが屋根付きの為、積載も濡れずに出来て大変助かりました。またチェックアウト後も12時までは駐輪可能の為、時間にゆとりが持てて良かったです。部屋に空きが有り、シングルだった友人がツインの部屋にアップグレードして頂きとても嬉しかったです。フロントで頂いた夕食のお勧め案内のお店がもう少し充実していると良かったかなと思います。（お勧めのお店に予約電話をしたところ3軒中2軒は満席でした） 外国人の従業員の方も笑顔で対応して頂きリピートしても良いと思いました。

月に一度平均でお世話になっています。きれいでリーズナブルで湯畑源泉の浴場が素晴らしいです。夕飯は前もっていくつか候補を選んで行くのも楽しみです。最近は人気てがありなかなか予約出来ません。しいてあげれば全館禁煙にしてほしいと思います。

Had a Wonderful 2 nights stay.
Glad that I had chosen this hotel. It’s so convenient. Within walking distance from the Bus Station and Yubatake.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
