We drove ! So it’s really great stay and service was excellent providing very detail explanation and offers any help when ask ! It was really a pleasant stay and the feel of outside the busy area and white snow everywhere was great ! Spa in open snow was really great as well ! Deserve its rating. Do note it will not as convenient if you are not driving.

It was a great accommodation with a comfortable hotbath (indoor / outdoor). The apartment suite was quite sizeable and was very clean too. The customer service was also wonderful. You can also store your ski gear in lockers too. In fact, Miru allows for all Ski Equipment rented from RHYTHM to be picked up directly from hotel (without the need to drive over to Rhythm shop). This is much better so more time for skiing.

Stayed at Miru for 4 nights in Jan. The rooms and common spaces are new and well-designed. Location is actually ideal for snowboarding, because it is just off the very busy hirafu intersection. Regular shuttle is provided to hirafu and annupuri - you'll learn this is a big deal for longer stays because the public buses are always cramped and humid! Recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous room. The room photos posted on the website are true, we stayed in a room with Mt Yotei right outside our window. Guests with tattoos like us are allowed to use the public bath, no stigma at all. Breakfast was perfect, dinner at the restaurant is slightly limited though. Staff speak very good English, perfect for international guests.

The hotel is very comfortable and peaceful. The hotel has a large bath, both indoor and outdoor. Because we came in August, there were many insects flying around in the outdoor bath, which made my daughter very scared. Hotel staff service is very good and polite The house can also see Mt. Yotei. Is it possible that the weather is bad that day and I can’t see it? Recommended hotel

For two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

In 2023/12, I went to Niseko for skiing for the first time. Since I could drive myself, I chose a hotel far away from the downtown area. I chose this hotel even though it takes another 5 minutes to drive to the ski resort, but it is really worth it. The room in this hotel is very spacious. In addition to the separation between the living room and the room, it also has its own bathtub. There is also a large bathhouse where you can take a dip. There are also a variety of breakfast options. The foreign chef is very handsome. Very recommended to stay

The hotel has a great sense of design. The room was clean and spacious. There is a small hall where you can sit and chat comfortably. Each building has free washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient for those of us traveling by car. The breakfast is also very delicate and rich. It is also very close to Hirafu Station, about five minutes by car. I want to live back here next time!

Self-driving is ok, the environment is comfortable, and if the weather is nice, you can see a mountain! But it’s not as good as 8pm, many shops around will be closed! But there is a self-service coffee machine in the lobby, so it’s really a wedding!

We booked our coming trip to Niseko and will be staying in the Miru the coming Jan/24, as always, we planned ahead for all our lessons and restaurants reservation months before our trip. We contact Miru guest services team for restaurants booking, but get their reply "To avoid any reservation and cancellation trouble between hotel, guest and restaurant, we don't have a service of booking restaurants from this coming season." And i email them to express our frustration and if we could provide deposits or any other form of way to help us, but they just ignore and never reply back. I never had this kind of experience with guest services team before and is it the norm of Niseko be coming like? or is just the MIRU brand like to do their business this way? Hope they see this and at least give me a reasonable explaination and pro-actively help to solve the issue. Already left me bad impression before our trip!!!SMH

Chose to stay in Miru after seeing good reviews. But the experience was not perfect. It’s comfy and cozy, but feeling like staying in a big airbnb. Service is not professional(bad communications). No outdoor onsen because of “technical issues”, feeling like the issue has been there for long time. The most not liked part is the traveling between hotel and the welcome center(gondola, where lift starts), NO hotel shuttles were offered. Had to wait the public one usually with a delay, super hard to follow the schedule! Extremely a trouble if you go skiing every day. You probably won’t be able to come back after a tired day cause no taxi/Uber to drive you back and you never know when the public shuttle would come. The hotel should provide a shuttle service if the location is not so competitive. Not recommended if you don’t have a car and come to ski/snowboarding!
