Cannot recommend Chalet Ivy enough. Everything, from accommodations to ski logistics to customer service was outstanding! All of the staff is best in class, and special shout out to Moi-san and Vladi. They went above and beyond every day. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing first class stay at Chalet Ivy in Niseko . The manager Makoto was very helpful and arranged pickup at Saporro's New Chitose airport to the very convenient location near the Hirafu Base - about 200 meter walk or easy shuttle ride to gondola too. We were upgraded to a corner suite with modern, clean and comfortable accommodations and in room onsen with views of Hirafu. There was even a fruit plate and champagne waiting too! We prearranged premium skis through the very helpful ski concierge which also keeps the skis and equipment in lockers for you each day. Buffett breakfast is included in the rate and includes Japanese, Chinese and Western choices- love the fish, fresh fruit, bread , honey and Hokkaido cheeses. We indulged in a delicious omikaze dinner in the superb Snow Castle with outstanding wine list. The professional and always helpful staff raised the bar for service and made our week in Niseko so memorable and effortless. We look forward to our next ski vacation at Chalet Ivy.

Loved my stay at Chalet Ivy. Super convenient location by the Hirafu base, with easy shuttle access (or a quick walk). Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning is very tasty (plenty of Western and Japanese options - be sure to try the curry). I was a big fan of the the ski concierge in the basement too. The staff are very helpful, and all the rental equipment is in great shape.
