A pleasant greeting from the staff. An easy check in process. The room was a double room, very dated and very warm but it served the purpose. We requested a fan for the room and the receptionist delivered and brand new one in a box promptly - we did however have to build this ourselves. The restaurant in the hotel serves great food and drinks we however didn’t have the best experience as our order was forgotten and it took 1.5 hours to receive our food. I don’t think it helped that our waiter went home just after he took our order. Breakfast was okay, very European we had some cereal and was done at.

Great hotel within walking distance to everything in the old town area. Large selection of food for breakfast and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pro: price-quality, location, good breakfast, free parking. We ate there in the restaurant in the evening and the food was not great, but not bad at all. Con: no shower curtain, you can clean the bathroom after showering. Too hot in the room even though it was only 20 degrees that day (you did have a fan on the table).

Have stayed in a lot of hotels while traveling in the Czech Republic over the last 15 years. This one is pretty good. The rooms are not air conditioned but have fans. The windows have no screens but can be opened. Some rooms on the road side are noisy. Beds are hard. Not firm. Hard. The restaurant is very good with excellent service. Easy parking on site. Great location in Kutna Hora. The food is good but only standard Czech meals. Pilsner Urquel beer on tap which is the best. Wine is just ok. Recommend. Would return.

Very nice place, just next to the city centre, comfortable room and beds, nice breakfast and very helpful staff.
