Good location, close to Kyoto station. Room size is suitable for 2 people with a big luggage. Reception is so nice. We can leave luggage before check-in time and after check-out.

The breakfast was not ideal, and the door lock felt too loose.
There was no free bottle of mineral water, which is generally available in Japanese hotels. The quilt was too thin in winter!

3 women including myself stayed in this hotel over a weekend. Our experience was very positive. I called the hotel in the morning of our stay to ask about the barrier free condition as my mother has a problem. They offered a room friendly to a handicapped person to accommodate her needs. The room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable.
The breakfast was a buffet style with a lot of selections, mostly, tasty Japanese food, which was not at all a problem for us(They also had some western food).
Thank you very much for helping our trip even better!
