Très bon accueil et niveaux de services digne d’un 5 étoiles. Situation idéal au cœur de La Clusaz.
Le bémol vient de la taille de la chambre de base qui est inférieur à ce qui est attendu pour ce niveau d’hôtel.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet hotel, idéalement situé, le personel est très gentil et à l'écoute, nous avons pris la formule demi-pension, et nous étions ravis, tout était délicieux. La chambre était magnifique. Je précise que nous y avons séjourné avec un enfant de 17 mois . Une belle découverte.

En arrivant on pourrais penser que le prix vos les prestations (déco soignée, personnels aimables) toutefois quand le bagagiste oublie de vous apporter vos valises ( elles sont arrivées à nous 45min plus tard), qu'il n'a pas été fait mention à l'arrivée, ni pendant la visite de l'hôtel que le hamman n'etais pas accessible et qu'au moment du départ (8h30 passé) on nous dit d'aller chercher nous même la voiture au garage car le voiturier n'es pas encore arrivé, on commence à ce dire que le 5* n'est pas ce qu'il prétends. Chambres confortables et petit déjeuner copieux. Week-end sympathique mais on s'attendait à quelques choses d'irreprochavles au vu du prix et de la gamme.

Délicieux séjour, l.emplacement est top ainsi que la piscine. On s’est régalé aux petits déjeuners. Le personnel est vraiment agréable. On a tout aimé Au cœur du village. On reviendra .
