The hotel was amazing. The location and view of the Arenal Volcano was exquisite. The staff were extremely kind and gave us good recommendations of where to swim and eat. Breakfast was also ample and delicious. All for a very good price. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent, friendly hotelwith a prime view at the foot of the volcano surrounded by grass. One of the pools was under reonstrution so they put us in the better rooms at the bak whih are very comfortable and quiet. The grounds are planted with flowers and well lit. The bathroom provides soap and shampoo. Altogether an entirely pleasant experience.

Es muy poca la iluminación en la habitación. La habitación se ve muy oscura, para estar con familia es muy difícil. El internet a pesar de estar cerca de la recepción es muy muy malo, es mejor el paquete de datos del celular. Pero son pequeñeces porque al final el hotel está muy bonito las camas cómodas el baño tiene bastante espacio las áreas comunes muy limpias y un buen servicio al cliente

Me and my brother stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and i will definitely recommend this hotel. It felt so nice and relaxing, i didn’t catch the gentleman name at the front desk but he was the most helpful and friendliest person and truly was amazing. I find the location of the hotel great, there’s walking distance food and activities close by and it’s also safe to walk. We book the bungalow deluxe room and it was so spacious and well kept i loved it. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Don't look any further, this is THE place to stay in the Arenal volcano area. It has an amazing pool-side view of the volcano, everything is really clean, with beautiful landscaping throughout. Ask for the rooms at the bottom of the hill and you won't hear any traffic, just the local fauna. Furniture was very good, there are air conditioners in the rooms and the shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent, with buffet of fruits, cheeses and breads, plus made-to-order hot breakfast including eggs, pancakes and the local rice+beans of CR. Just a one day pass to hot springs at close-by locations was perfect, as we were happy to not pay a much higher room rate at hotels that had hot springs on-site.

L’hôtel é in una bellissima posizione con una vista mozzafiato sul vulcano. Le camere sono belle, ampie con veranda esterna e la maggior parte con vista sul vulcano. Il giardino non grande me bellissimo e con una ricchezza di piante infinita. Le due piscine sono molto gradevoli. Personale gentile buona prima colazione. Unico neo: l’illuminazione delle stanze: c’è solo una luce (fredda) centrale che sia rende difficile leggere dal letto e che fa sì che se uno dorme e l’altro legge non ci sia una luce per la lettura.

The room was great and with all comforts, nice pool open until 10pm, breakfast ok, I found the person at the check in the first day not very Pura Vida, beautiful view on Arenal vulcan. Mixed feelings about this hotel. They don't have water points to fill in your bottle, the bar gives you ice cubes to fit in your water bottle...
