Séjour d'une nuit dans la chambre numéro 5 au rez de chaussée, vu sur la piscine. La chambre est spacieuse avec du mobilier moderne, la salle de bains est fonctionnelle avec une belle douche à l'italienne. Quelques détails sont à revoir pour un 4* (le dessous du sommier était déchiré et pendait au sol, le tapis était très sales (nombreuses tâches), traces de calcaire ? dans le wc, le lavabo était bouché) Il manque aussi des peignoirs de bains. Dîner parfait, petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné.

Séjour d’une nuit très agréable. Le lieu est magnifique et le staff de l’hôtel très aimable et serviable. Je recommande vivement.
Le seul bémol pour moi est d’avoir prévenu le restaurant de mes restrictions alimentaires en avance et celles-ci n’ont pas été suivies. Je me suis donc retrouvée avec une expérience médiocre pour le dîner. Dommage! Pour le reste, tout était très chouette

Nous sommes des habitués de ce restaurant,mais nous n'avons jamais vu ça et nous avons été très surpris. Nous sommes arrivés, les serveurs étaient affalés au bar en train de blaguer plutôt que d'installer les clients à table,nous avons attendu x temps pour avoir la commande de nos apéritifs. Les entrées sont arrivées en même temps que l'apéritif qui n'était même pas fini de servir. Le serveur nous a amené le vin qu'il voulait nous servir. Nous avons eut de la chance, ils ne nous aient pas emmené le plat et le dessert en même temps ouf!!!!! Quand je l'ai signalé la serveuse m'a répondu, que c'était la faute de la cuisine qui allait vite.c'est une blague? En fait, quand nous avons réservé, il fallait nous dire que vous ne vouliez pas nous servir ,nous aurions réservé ailleurs! La qualité a vraiment baissé ainsi que le service et rapport qualité prix. Vraiment très déçue ,pour 525 euros, on attendait mieux. Des amis voulaient acheter du vin,à l'exposition toiles d'araignées avec les fameuses bestioles. C'est bientôt halloween mais quand même un minimum. Vraiment très déçue

Nice relaxing break, lovely hotel in great setting. Is isolated if you don’t have a car and limited food options available especially during the daytime. The food is lovely but no menu variation during the stay so not much choice. Great wine.

Llegamos al hotel el viernes a las 15 hs para descansar el viernes y sábado y nunca nos avisaron que tenían un evento para una empresa con unas 40/50 personas , que además de no permitirnos descansar no nos dejaban entrar al SPA porque por la tarde lo tenían reservado todo para ellos … y para la cena también tenían reservado el restaurante , y nos ofrecían ir a otro restaurante a 10 minutos del hotel Nadie te ayuda en absolutamente nada, ni siquiera a descargar maletas , y finalmente luego de discutir y discutir porque no me daban ninguna solución y mi única manera de descansar era quedarme en la habitación encerrado , logré que nos den otro hotel de su propiedad , donde llegamos recién a las 6 pm cuyo spa cerró a las 7 pm y al día siguiente tuvimos que dejar la habitación a las 11 am No nos hicieron ninguna excepción y lo único que nos ofreció la persona que nos atendió fue una botella de vino que por supuesto no aceptamos En fin, jamás volvería a un hotel que por más lindo que sea no sepan entender que se dedican a la hospitalidad y al menos a nosotros que teníamos esos dos días para descansar no nos han dejado hacerlo

Very modern hotel in a peaceful location. Beautiful building interiors and a great pool. Food was also really really good. While some staff were very friendly and helpful, some parts of the service were disappointing, e.g. on most mornings we weren’t offered coffee at the breakfast buffet and had to find staff to ask for coffee multiple times. There also wasn’t much consistency about when our room would be cleaned/new towels provided during the day (sometimes they came in the morning, sometimes 5-6pm, sometimes not at all). There was also some confusion over the dates/times of activities we’d booked (e.g. wine tour). It was also disappointing that the pool bar/restaurant was closed during our stay, which limited the food options.
