Very nice hotel, clean rooms and walking on the resort is nice and quiet. Several pools to visit and every day entertainment. Staff is very friendly and helps you werever possible. Sometimes a problem with Spanish - English but we always managed to explain. Spa is nice, relaxing and with sauna, thermal and hamam. Restaurant is very well equiped, enough variety and quality and quantity was very good. A place to go back to.

Heerlijk relaxter sfeer in jet adults only gedeelte. Voldoende ligbedden en heerlijke zwembaden. Relaxte sfeer bij het restaurant en de poolbar. Omgeving resort is weinig te doen maar dagelijks heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant met zeer uitgebreide keuze in buffet vorm.

Amazing hotel, so clean, great pools and views and food was fantastic, Giovanni in the restaurant always gave a warm friendly welcome , entertainment hit & miss but we are not too bothered about that ...will definitely be returning again as this was our second visit

Claro antes habia un bar en la zona de musica otro en la terraza exterior y ahora solo abren el pricipal de verguenza
Y el buffet principal sobre todo al medio dia pesima calidad

Muy recomendable Sobresaliente la comida, la atención, limpieza, entorno, etc. Cómo mejora les invito a renovar colchones y tal vez, incluso mobiliario. Hemos repetido en varias ocasiones y siempre ha sido muy satisfactorio. Repetiremos seguro.

I would 100% recommend this resort. We were very lucky with the weather and this of course makes a massive difference. Around the 3 pools in the adult area there enough sun loungers for 5 times more people and pool bar was never busy. You have to book the adult only restaurant but this was easy via the hotel app, the food in there was better than average. We had lunch in the pool snack restaurant and it had everything needed for a lunch. We didn’t use the family side of the resort much apart for a night cap after dinner as it was the only bar open in the evening. We walked to beaches in both directions and took the bus to the village and the lighthouse were the salt plains are.

The gardens, pools and all outdoor areas at the La Palma Princess hotel are really beautiful and very clean and tidy, with glorious views over the ocean and stunning sunsets. The buffet offers a variety of food with different themed evenings. We also enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea at the Mirador snack bar. The room was large with a sea view and a balcony. We had a bath and a shower. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We hired a car and there is secure parking at the hotel. There is not much to do within walking distance of the hotel (although there are a couple of beaches nearby) so we used our car every day to explore the island.

Sentimientos encontrados. Si bien el resort es magnifico y las instalaciones para “only adults” muy bien mantenidas y apenas gente, debo opinar sobre el todo incluido. Un todo incluido con mucha comida (restaurante Origen para desayunos y cenas, el Mirador para picoteo y Food Market para almuerzo) pero en cuanto a bebidas se queda muy corto. Aguas, cerveza (caliente allá donde ibas) y refrescos (de la casa Pepsi) + vino de grifo. Si quieres un whisky, gintonic o licores parecidos de marca a pagar toca (te ponen unas marcas locales que mejor no comentar). Minibar en la habitacion vacio (que menos que poner agua y refrescos en la habitacion. Al parecer hay un Premium con pulsera negra que no te ofrecen al llegar con el que tienes casi todas las bebidas y marcas. Entiendo que no lo ofrecen para facturar mas. Wi-fi muy bueno y calidad del sueño bien. Si mejorasen el tema todo incluido para los Esencia ganarian mucho y mas clientes.

It is an amazing place! Very friendly staff, good food, and simply a breath-taking location :) A very beautiful place :) Unfortunately, a few things could be improved: 1. Room Service: Only 4 options.....I think this could be mastered by offering MORE and longer during the day! 2. Late Breakfast: 10:30 am - really? Most 4 star hotels offer at least till noon. 3. Mini Bar: Empty. The guest has to request drinks - sorry, but there should be a list in the room to actually order? Or in the app? 4. Same for laundry. I had a bag sitting in my room for about 4-5 days (!). No cleaning lady took it or asked, whether I wanted it washed or not...
