Das Hotel hat schöne Poolbereiche und wirklich schöne Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand, bequeme Boxspring-Betten, separate Badewanne zur Dusche und Liegen auf dem sehr großen Balkon. Leider ist das Bild durch 90% Engländer und vielen Familien mit Kleinkindern geprägt. Das Gebrüll beim Essen und insbesondere die Unsauberkeit an den Sitzplätzen im Restaurant haben den Gesamteindruck leider sehr getrübt. Fleckiger Boden, sowie fleckige Polster voller Krümel oder gar Essensresten sind ein NoGo im 5-Sterne Hotel! Die Auswahl an Speisen ist klein, Qualität ok, aber mit Halbpension ist dennoch nicht empfehlenswert. Abends gibt es nicht mal Tischdecken und Stoffservietten, nur nebenan im A-la-Cart-Restaurant. Das Restaurant The Larder ist daher recht ungemütlich, der Service dazu etwas unkoordiniert und wirkt dadurch hektisch. Viele Kellner stehen nur am Eingang herum, andere räumen nur ab und wenige bringen auch Getränke zum Tisch. Es gibt keinen festen Kellner für einen Bereich, daher geht der persönliche Service unter. Schön ist allerdings die Livemusik am Abend zum Essen im Außenbereich. Die Geräte im Fitnessbereich haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und müssten erneuert werden. Der Außenbereich mit Fluren, Liegen am Pool, etc. ist leider auch ziemlich schmutzig. Die Liegen und Tische wurden in unserer Zeit nicht einmal geputzt. Wir haben fast jeden Tag irgendwo Kakerlaken in der Anlage gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aufgrund der Unsauberkeit nicht unbedingt empfehlen, evtl. ohne Verpflegung oder nur mit Frühstück.

We spent a weekend at this lovely hotel. Excellent check-in, excellent room, several restaurants on the site and good pool facilities. Some of the sunbeds were painful. Breakfast was tasteful! Unfortunately there are some cockroaches at night, you just have to deal with them on some point on GC, they were here before mankind! We'll come again!

Second visit and excellent in so many aspects as expected . But there are a few little things that will make it perfect , firstly the hand rails on the balconies need re varnishing , I’ve looked back at our photos in 2019 and it was looking in need then ! Also the Sunbeds need to have padded cushions around the pool to match the Sunbeds on the balconies. Staff are great, breakfast is very good and rooms are exceptional but attention to detail is lacking . So many people not happy with Sunbeds so why hasn’t raddison responded ???? Please get the details right as we love this place . We will be back to hopefully witness some minor improvements . Thanks for a good holiday to all the staff

Radssison Blu Resort Spa. It is a lovely hotel, it is set on multiple levels. Some of the food wasn't very hot. And the night time animation acts were just ok. I would have liked some dancing,some think on those lines. On the whole Purto Mogan is a quite town.

Perfect in every way! Booked B&B then took up the offer of five meals for the price of four in the hotel which gave us nine visits to the fantastic restaurants in the harbour area. Upgraded to a pool access room in the quiet zone; again perfect for catching the sun by moving sun loungers easily. Friendly staff, cleaners and at reception - always feel that they want you to have the best time possible (extra hangers, courtesy room, taxi etc) I could go on and on but am busy rebooking for same time next year!

Enrique who works in the pool lounge bar is an asset to your company and this hotel. He is warm & friendly from the off and creates a strong rapport with his customers. He explained the voucher system to us clearly as we previously had not known. Enrique is very hard working, efficient, knowledgable & professional. You can see he is clearly very enthusiastic & passionate for his role & he was delightful serving us.

Wir sind bereits 2x hier gewesen. Sehr schöne Anlage. Auch für Familien wird viel geboten. Tolles Essen, gute Ausstattung, modernes Ambiente. Lage in Mogán abseits der großen überlaufenen Strände in Maspalomas. Gut erreichbar mit Mietwagen über die GC1. Kostenfreies Parken in Hoteleigener Tiefgarage. Ruhebereich mit Pool, Whirpool und Bar mit Getränken und Snacks. Wir hatten half-board. Würden wir so empfehlen. Zimmer sauber mit Balkon. Unbedingt Poolblick buchen, sonst schaut man auf den städtischen Bauhof und das Stadion.

We made a returning visit to the Radisson Blu Mogan after 5 years as we had remembered the hotel, facilities and breakfasts were really good! It is safe to say that our return visit did not disappoint and we enjoyed ourselves even more! The hotel is very spacious with many sports facilities, 2 pools, gym and spa. We had opted for a half board stay as the price for dinners was exceptionally good value. The food was amazing and there was a different themed menu every night. You would not get bored nor have difficulty to choose if you had specific dietary preferences. We will definitely return as we perhaps have found one of our favourite hotels to stay at where all the staff are so friendly and the location to Puerto de Mogan was a pleasant stroll. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay.
