Très bonne emplacement, la chambre fonctionnelle et rénové, mais petit bémol niveau isolation sonore, on entend tout. Le complexe est très grande, il peut être mieux indiqué m, on se perd très vite.

We lived there for a week. I really liked the apartments. 100m to the ski lift. Two rooms, two bathrooms, small kitchen. Everything you need is there. Large balcony. I really liked the resort itself, the skiing is excellent, Courmayeur and Aosta are nearby. In general, everything is great. Underground parking 12 euros per day.

Séjour de 2 nuits en studio, un appartement dans l’ensemble refait à neuf cependant la literie n’est pas bonne, l’insonorisation est quasi inexistante, manque quelques commodité de base (éponge, torchon, liquide vaisselle) et réfrigérateur très bruyant. La localisation est idéale pour La Thuile, lieu très sympa mais des choses sont à revoir.

Nous avions loué un appartement. L'établissement nous donne le mauvais numéros. Ménage non fait...
Nous l'indiquons, désolé ilnsera fait dans 5 minutes. Nous revenons le soir toujours pas fait. Retour à la réception, désolé on ne vous pas donné le bon numéro... on a fini par avoir le bon appartement vers 22h00....

Soggiorno da dimenticare. Servizio di pulizia completamente assente. Asciugamani "puliti" che avevano un cattivo odore, che non venivano cambiati quotidianamente e rimessi allo stesso posto sporchi. Polvere ovunque e cestini della spazzatura non svuotati. "Pulizie" svolte da personale senza divisa né tesserino e pertanto non riconoscibile. Te lo trovavi in camera e poteva essere chiunque. Inoltre sono successi, ad alcuni amici con cui ero in vacanza, dei fatti spiacevoli molto gravi, di rilevanza penale.

Mi aspettavo di meglio: doccia sporca e piena di capelli, addetto alle pulizie che entra in camera il giorno del check out un ora prima che dovessimo lasciare la stanza "perche non c è il cartellino fuori" (non hanno una lista?), staff che non risponde alle mail per tre giorni poi da info scorrette sull'app. Per non parlare del fatto che piscina e SPA sono chiuse la domenica, che il check in è alle 17 (quando a quanto pare le stanze vengono pulite alle 9) e il check out alle 10! Inoltre la loro app (per cui ti inviano mille mail con codice per check in) funziona solo su soggiorni lunghi. È un peccato perché vengo da tanto tempo a la Thuile e mi hanno sempre parlato bene della struttura, che è un effetti carina e in buona posizione ma non posso trovare chili di capelli nella doccia in questo tipo di struttura, non è proprio un ostello neanche a prezzi...
