We only did one of the three nights we had booked. It clearly stated in the hotel information that there was hot water (not 24 hours a day, but it said there was). When we arrived at the hotel we asked what time there was hot water, and we were surprised when they clearly stated that the hotel information is wrong, that there is no hot water all day. Up to that point they had already made us a little angry, but the finishing touch was when we went to see the rooms and observed that the room was fine, but the bathroom area, I don't even know how to describe it. But what we know as a bathroom was not. A cement room falling completely to one side where everything fell into a kind of ditch and that ditch into a hole, which we didn't even want to look at was there... the most incredible negative thing I have ever seen in a hotel.
