Hotel datato e sporco Arrivati in camera notavo capelli dappertutto, può capitare, il giorno dopo nonostante le pulizie ,svuotato solo il cestino,mi recavo alla reception che invece di verificare e risolvere mi facevano domande tipo avete un cane o se le pulizie erano state fatte . Se non lo sapete voi bha Nessuno è venuto a controllare o pulire Personale in sala ristorante veloce e premuroso Cibo da mensa State alla larga

Hotel 5 stelle validissimo per svariati motivi . Posizione strategica , cibo buono e vario , ottimo reparto termale . Staff gentile e disponibile . Il maitre Giovanni un signore di altri tempi cortese, gentile e professionale oltremodo . Torneremo sicuramente.

Grande Hotel termale, con grandi spazi, ottima cucina, direi da ristorante stellato ( altissimi livelli ) . Gentilezza simpatia e cortesia in sala, professionalità in reception. Ottima posizione, discreti i servizi termali, super la piscina esterna riscaldata. Solo una nota negativa, eccessivo caldo in struttura, sia camere che corridoi e sala pranzo. Aria condizionata in camera scarsamente funzionante, e tanto rumorosa, impianto troppo antiquato; forse anche scarsa manutenzione/pulizia dei filtri e condotti. Molti meglio dormire con impianto spento e finestra aperta ( per fortuna poche zanzare ). Se fosse stato Luglio o agosto sarebbe stato un incubo. Ho soggiornato insieme ad amici e mia moglie per una settimana. L'albergo offre un'ottimo servizio alberghiero e spa. Tutto lo staff è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e molto professionale.Lo consiglio a tutte le persone che vogliono passare una settimana per staccare dallo stress e ricaricarsi.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo stati benissimo, Albergo bello, elegante e funzionale al centro di Lacco Ameno. Personale educato, gentile e molto professionale. La Reception è il fiore all'occhiello : Leonardo, Nuccia, Daniela ed Emanuela sono molto attenti alle esigenze di tutti i clienti, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Il cibo è ottimo ed abbondante, personale di sala molto gentili, in modo particolare Umberto detto Fiorello. Ritorneremo il prima possibile.

Posizione ottima a pochi mt dal mare, la struttura è abbastanza trascurata. La ristorazione è buona, abbiamo anche gustato prodotti tipici e il personale di sala davvero gentile e disponibile, il maitre molto professionale. Altrettanto non si può dire della reception, poca educazione e molta approssimazione. Pulizia delle stanze discreta
