Hotel Miramare

Everything is fine, next to the beach and being Italy, everything is fine. The only thing that can be wrong, and it is not the hotel, is how complicated it can be to go by public transport from this town to Fiumicino airport, located a short distance away, but without direct communication, which forces you to go to Rome, passing almost next to the airport, and then return from Rome to the airport. Things that the Italian administration does to punish tourists, who apparently have to squeeze out every last drop.

The room smells of mold, in the bathroom there are stained towels and there is little cleaning, the beds are full of dust, especially on the sheets and the headboard. The floor is all dirty and the shower is terrifying. Zero cleaning, it is not possible to sleep in a room like this.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per nostra fortuna una sola notte. L'albergo non è datato, di più! Pulizia zero! L'odore di muffa ti stringe la gola. Siamo arrivati verso le 14:30 l'hotel era senza acqua e senza corrente! Dopo il check-in ci siamo accomodati in camera, che purtroppo ,non essendoci la corrente era senza aria condizionata, un forno crematorio! Per disperazione siamo andati di corsa a farci un bagno al mare ,al nostro rientro purtroppo l'amara sorpresa .....non era tornata la corrente ne l'acqua! Ci siamo dovuti sciacquare ad una fontanella pubblica per strada! È mai possibile che un hotel non abbia un generatore di corrente né una riserva di acqua?!!! Il ragazzo della reception non sapeva più che pesci pigliare! Il pagamento era stato effettuato ,come da loro richiesta ,già alla fine di giugno ! La cosa che più ci ha fatto arrabbiare è stata la mancanza totale di assistenza nonostante ci fossero anche tre minori né tantomeno una mail di scuse nei giorni a seguire! Vergognoso!

La struttura è un po datata e servirebbe un po di restauro....la camera benché pulita risultava avere un forte odore di muffa. Il buffet della colazione non è ben fornito...ma tutto è compensato da due aspetti molto importanti 1...posizione ottima 2...personale gentilissima e disponibile.
