A mom-and-pop motel, basic, but the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good water pressure with instant hot water. Amenities were a small fridge, microwave and TV on stand with excellent reception and many channels. The only downside was the road noise. Almost all of the rooms faced I-75 and were very close to it. I recommend asking for a room on the back side of the motel. It looked liked there were very few back there, but try anyway. If you can sleep with earplugs, I would still recommend this place for a clean and affordable place to stay. I paid $74 total on November 17.

Nice place to stay, older Hotel, right near the highway. We met the owners, very nice people. Retired couple in the process of updating the Hotel. Room was clean and tidy.Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet despite the proximity to the highway.

Pleasantly surprised with the value here. Most places around Lake City were double the price. We had a king non-smoking room with a jacuzzi tub. Pet friendly was a must. Room has fridge, microwave, decent space, pretty clean, and comfortable bed. Only negative was the traffic sound on i-75, but earplugs fixed that. Proprietor is a nice, interesting guy.
