Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola

Overall it was good.

Had a good time with plenty to do. Kids and adults enjoyed the jumping pillow and games room and we all had a good time at the tennis courts, pool and splash park. The lady at reception was really lovely to deal with. We came across kangaroos and had a possum on our verandah. We stayed in the lagoon lodge and there was turtles and eels in the lake.

Its a lovely complex with comfortable accommodation. Negatives are the BBQ didn't work and there were no utensils to use even if it did. Shower had no body wash. TV is very old and positioned very high above the fridge. Wifi was very good. These are little things and was an enjoyable stay.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Our stay started on a negative note when we arrived. When booking our trip we advised that we were travelling as part of a group and had requested to have a site along side another couple. We were told that the park was extremely busy and that this particular accomodation couldn’t be fulfilled ( which was fine we understand that not all requests are going to be fulfilled) however on entering the caravan park and finding out site we were surrounded by other empty camp sites. Which remained empty our entire stay. The park is advertised as a “premier” facility however the amenities in the park are extremely outdated. It was almost impossible to take shower with out flooding the bathroom and soaking your clean dry clothes and towel in the cubical. While the pool and play area facilities appear to be new the splash pad and indoor playground are only accessible 9-5 which isn’t ideal with small children who are early rises. Upon exiting the park we had some trouble booking up our camper trailer when we got to the gate to check out our code had stopped working as it was 10:15 when my husband buzzed to alert the staff and explain he was met with hostility and rudeness he didn’t even get a change to explain before he was hung up on. We loved lake conjola but won’t be returning to Ingenia.

Firstly, the staff are professional and always accommodating to requests and information. Situated on the beautiful waters edge with great splash park and pool etc. HOWEVER, a few sites of permanent patrons have spoilt it for us totally. To be verbally abused by a woman and challenged to go outside the park to "sort it out" is self descriptive of that clientelle! If you consider staying because it is a beautiful location, book the other end of the park near the cabins.
