Good location within 5 minutes' walk from a large night market opposite the main road. You can see many things on sale at a very cheap price eg. clothes, slippers, shoes, accessories, food, snacks, fruits...
There is also a laundromat about 10 minutes away to do your laundry.
Worth the price for the stay.
