Leider stand nirgendwo in der Beschreibung, dass es auch alte (nicht renovierte) Zimmer gibt. Unser (Comfort)Zimmer war nicht renoviert, es gab kaum Tageslicht durch das kleine Fenster. Ein loser Türschweller führte zu Verletzung! Im Zimmer unter dem Dach konnte man nicht aufrecht stehen. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls veraltet und sehr verdreckt!!! Der Service war katastrophal und auf Probleme wurde nicht eingegangen (außer mit einem „ja ja“). Das Essen war okay, nichts Besonderes, man konnte es essen. Keine lokalen Spezialitäten, jeden Morgen, die gleichen drei Sorten Wurst und Käse. Sehr lieblos und einfallslos… Aber der Hunger treibt es rein :-( Das Essen wurde willkürlich abgeräumt, mal schon nach 50 Minuten, dann wieder mal nach 90 Minuten… - Das einzig Positive: Vom Hotel aus konnte man Wanderungen sehr gut unternehmen. Wir waren im September dort, von daher können wir nichts über Wintersport sagen. Wir können das Hotel überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen und würden es auch nicht nochmal buchen! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben!

This team staff are lovely! Super sweet people! The rooms are alway cleaned and the have a super cool play room for children/teenagers, and the breakfast and dinner is AMAZING! 10/10! I would definitely go again if it’s the same staff there next time!

Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel im September 2023 entschieden. Und wurden nicht enttäuscht, es lag zwar an der Straße .Aber es war trotzdem ruhig .Wir hatten ein schöne große (Nissl) Suite und traumhaften Blick auf das Ötztaler Bergpanorama.Das Einzige was vielleicht etwas gestört hatte,war das wir leider erst ab 17:00 Uhr aufs Zimmer konnten. Aber das da sehr schönes Wetter war,konnten wir die Zeit sehr gut überbrücken.... Und da wir Halbpension - Plus hatten,war auch alles Super. Zum Beispiel konnte man zum guten Frühstück auch Waffeln selber machen. Das Abendbuffet war völlig ausreichend, es gab mal ein BBQ - Abendessen.Dies fanden wir eine sehr gute Abwechslung am Abend.Auch das wir diesmal wenig Kontakt zu den Angestellten und Service hatten. Waren Sie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend... Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und deshalb 5 Sterne *****.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana con la formula all inclusive prenotando tramite Eurospin Viaggi. L'hotel si trova al centro di un piccolo paese immerso tra il verde delle montagne, ideale per chi cerca relax, oppure per chi vuole fare passeggiate in montagna oppure mountain bike. Il cibo è ottimo, abbondante colazione a buffet, anche la cena è ottima sempre a buffet. Poi ottima pulizia e centro benessere con due saune sono il top.

Ich war im Rahmen einer Gruppenreise über aktives Reisen im Hotel First Mountain eingebucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ungünstig. Mittels eines Sammeltaxis wird man zu dem örtlich gelegenen Skibus gefahren, um dort umzusteigen. Die Anreise zum Skigebiet beträgt täglich 45 Minuten. Das wurde von Aktives Reisen bewusst verschwiegen. Könnte daran liegen, dass der Geschäftsführer von Aktives Reisen und First Mountain dieselbe Person ist und man ein besonderes Interesse daran hat soviel Reisende wie möglich in dieses ungünstig gelegene Hotel zu schleusen. Das Hotelpersonal unter der Leitung von Phil war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnte den Gästen nahezu jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Mein Lob an Phil und seine Mannschaft.
