Spa isn't free with the room. Otherwise service was good and room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Buenas, estuve este fin de semana y la verdad que el trato excelente de un par de recepcionistas( un chico y una chica), pero sobre todo de patricia muy amable y agradable desde que llegamos nos ayudo en todo momento, volveré a repetir sin duda muchas gracias

Fuimos al SPA el domingo, esta un poco dejado, alguna de las duchas no funcionaba, los reposacabezas del jacuzzi dos rotos y sin nadie de supervisión que te explicara el funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

Sara en la recepción es lo mejor. El hotel no está en lo mejor estado para 4 estrellas. El desayuno cada dia, pero cada dia esta el mismo.

diga yo,podéis comprobarlo a día de hoy,el spa no funciona nada con normalidad,ni siquiera se puede abrirla puerta de lo que supuestamente es el baño turco,mucho moho en todos lados por falta de higiene,creo que tendría que ir sanidad por qué es un gran problema de salud tener ese sitio abierto,no tienes ningún sitio donde cambiarte sin ser visto por todo el mundo y en la ducha pasa igual todo el mundo te puede ver,en definitiva nefasto el sitio y la atención muy mala, en una recepción no saber idioma es algo grave para el turismo, la limpieza en general mala,e tirado un dinero al ir a ese lugar.podeis seguir leyendo que a sido mi fallo no hacerlo yo antes de ir.y encima te responden a los comentarios con mentiras diciendo que funcionan las cosas.mi consejo que no vaya nadie solamente los de sanidad para que cierren ese sitio
