房間在竹林裏，木房子比較潮濕有點潮濕的異味。夏天也比市區涼幾度。挺舒服的。衞生間有暖抽風，房間桌子衞生一般，潮濕原因總覺得粘粘的。水龍頭水有點黃黃的，不建議用來直接燒水喝，酒店有提供每日兩瓶礦泉水。

環境非常好，都是竹林裏面的獨棟別墅，雲冰山很適合避暑，不知道為什麼夏天人那麼少，然後酒店衞生情況還行，面積太大了，有些公共設施沒有管理好。整體挺滿意的，下次還會選擇這裏！

在一個不下雪的淡季去住的 人很少 很安靜 都是一座座在竹林裏面的獨棟小木屋 看起來很有意境 就在雲冰山景區裏面 開車去爬山挺方便的。空氣很好。
缺點是早餐太一般了。景區還在開發中 除了爬山 附近也沒有什麼吃飯和玩的地方 。

服務好，人熱情，就是我們是晚上十點後入住，熱水器的熱水不夠熱，房間有暖氣，空調，第二天早上的熱水就熱了，期待下次去半山腰住，送門票早餐。

都是獨棟別墅，很不錯的體驗。裏面裝修很新很乾凈。到的比較完，前台小哥幫忙送行李進房間。居然外面還有雪，小孩超級喜歡。
