Excelente opção a preços justíssimos a poucos minutos do Sky Costanera. Me hospedei no stay por uma semana em julho de 2024 e recomendaria os serviços de olhos fechados. O atendimento é o ponto alto do Stay, todos os colaboradores são muito educados e prontos para ajudar com qualquer coisa, desde o staff da recepção até a equipe de serviços gerais. Apesar de alguns móveis no apartamento serem um pouco antigos, ele estava completo e pronto para todas as nossas necessidades. Das poucas coisas que precisamos (abridor de garrafas e aspirador de pó) a recepção prontamente providenciou. O café da manhã, servido em outro prédio (menos de dois minutos de caminhada), é farto e contém diversas opções para veganos e pessoas com restrições alimentares. Adicionalmente, solicitando no dia anterior, eles providenciam lanches para serem levados aos passeios que se iniciam de madrugada. O único ponto de melhoria que eu recomendaria para o time é o envio de instruções mais claras sobre o check in, que é feito em outro prédio. Como não sabíamos aonde fazer o check in, ficamos andando com as malas de madrugada no complexo time até encontrarmos a recepção 24 horas

Bastante limpio y cumple con las espectativas en un apacible sector del barrio El Golf. Del personal todo bien, pero en el edificio del frente había una tomatera en la terraza donde unos cinco vagos-borrachos-drogos gritaron hasta la mañana totalmente descontralados producto de lo anterior. Cena en el Restaurant del Hotel Rugendas a 100 metros bastante aceptable. Atención óptima.
