The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it was absolutely hot and when I asked was told that as it was not longer summer the air-con didn't cool but only heat so with an unusual weather it was that pleasant.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we had an excellent experience at TH Las Rozas. It is in an excellent location to go to El Escorial, Ávila, Segovia, Valle de Los Caídos and just 25 minutes from the center of Madrid. Our apartment was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The attention was excellent at the Reception and especially at breakfast by Marta and Miriam. Parking is free, covered and closed. It was perfect for us. We will surely be back!

They are apartments that look like they have been around for a while, but everything is super clean, the receptionist is very friendly, the beds are comfortable, they changed our towels every day and they make your bed, which they don't do in other, much more expensive places. Nunca me alojaré en un hotel que admitan perros; por mucha limpieza que tengan, se ha de usar el mobiliario por donde se ha paseado un animal que va metiendo el hocico en cualquier sitio y además no me gustan y les tengo prevención. La admisión de animales en hoteles, por mucho que sea comercialmente rentable, resta la posibilidad de uso a las personas a las que no nos gustan convivir con ellos, y no creo que sea ni justo ni lógico.

Limpieza deja mucho, muchísimo que desear, solo barren, y con la suciedad de los clientes anteriores te toca convivir, una de las mesas con comida pegada. te ofrecen servicios que no funcionan. Baño con un olor detestable, el lavavo atascado, la lavadora llena piedras pequeñas, que por necesidad tuve que lavar un pantalón y lo saqué lleno de piedrecitas. Y sucio, claro. En fin... No vuelvo, ni lo recomiendo. Además de que está en precarias condiciones, necesita muchos arreglos y cambios de mobiliario por estar destrozados.
