I really want to give all five points because the environment and location rooms are really great. A few steps from the train station, the most five minutes walk, the train down the mountain or up the Jungfrau is there. The room is large and the package is very good. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the waterfall and the beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen. The bathroom is a bit flawed, and the bath water will overflow the bathroom a little, but because it is far from the room, it does not affect. The service staff was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were many choices, and the view of the restaurant was first class. Dinner needs to be booked, it is also very good, slightly salty. Why give one less point on the facilities? Because there is no hot water bottle, and the restaurant is not available. It was a good stay for 2 nights in a summer peak season. We arrived to Lauterbrunnen without booking a hotel. All fully booked. Tom from information center helped us to book this cozy hotel. The staff is nice. Breakfast was simple but fresh bread, eggs, butter, cheeses, hams and jams are all we needed. We had two dinners and it was chef’s food menu. Highly recommended
