Not at all up to Holiday inn standards. Old furniture, the single seater sofa in the room had stains on it and very old. Old, scratched furniture and room looked gloomy. Not at all like other Holiday Inn I have stayed at.

This suite is great! The induction cooker cooks very quickly, and the large table is super nice: very convenient for eating and working!
The bathroom door is next to the bed, which is a little weird!

Normally I don't reviews hotels, for me hotels just to sleep and go to work next day, but that day changed my mind to find a receptionist asleep. He seemed like a nice person, the story is I arrived around 2 am to book a room, no one were in the hotel it looks empty, and receptionist was asleep, snoring loudly, completely unaware of my presence. Despite my repeated attempts to wake him quietly, he kept on sleeping. Eventually, he woke up, but by then I had already decided to find accommodation elsewhere. As I left the hotel without booking, I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation, even though I was exhausted and really needed a room that day.

Excellent place to stay! The service was amazing, and the staff was so accommodating with our little one. The location was perfect, right next to a huge mall, and it was a short drive to old Montreal.

Overall this hotel is outdated but seemingly undergoing some minor cosmetic upgrades. We were told upon arrival that we were being upgraded to a "corporate suite", like this was a good thing. Upon walking in we realized our room was a conference room with a tiny bedroom attached and the smallest shower I've ever seen (you could not even lift your arms in it)...and it was old, dirty and gross. New carpet had been recently installed in our conference room and the smell was so bad it made your eyes water. I complained and their solution was some sort of machine from the 1970s that they plugged in for two hours and did absolutely nothing. The smell was so bad that when I got home all of my luggage and clothing smelled. In addition to our strange, strange room (which we were told we could not switch), the bedroom TV did not work. They said they would send someone to fix it but no one ever showed. So this meant our only place to hang out was sitting around a conference table in office chairs to watch the other TV. Not really acceptable or comfortable. There was also no functional temperature control within the bedroom itself or a window that opened so it was uncomfortably hot all night. The bed so squeaky you couldn't move a muscle without waking yourself up. The bathroom sink leaked water everywhere when you turned it on. There was not a full length mirrors like normal rooms. The fitness center had no towels, very limited weights and lacked any open floor space or mats. Most of these things alone are minor details that we could have accepted but all together this made for a less than ideal experience and very disappointing and frustrating stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stopped in for an overnight on a road trip, good counter service, room was clean, a bit outdated, bed was comfortable, check out was on a Saturday so the regular breakfast restaurant that comes with the room, was closed, its only opened mon-fri…they have a brunch restaurant for weekends but it would only entitle us to ONE free continental breakfast..eventhough my husband is an IHG member and booked the room with the app and his govt ID…we decided to eat elsewhere…I wouldn’t return here just for this reason..

Clean, reliable, amazing location and EV charger. This hotel was great for a tournament visit as a home base with its vicinity to the highway, mall and many local restaurants and needs. The bagel institution of St Viateur is also close by too. Only drawbacks are slow elevators and pool can get really busy with large groups while we were there on a weekend

95% positive experience. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner was powerful enough to keep the room at the perfect temperature. The bed and sheets e super comfortable. Ample parking, decent location. Very quiet. Only issue was that we had rented a room for our quarterly company conference, and they would not allow us to bring food into the room (despite food and drinks already being there, provided by Holiday Inn). Ordered a bunch of pizzas for the entire group of us and received an additional fine/charge. Personally I think that's stupid to enforce a no-outside food policy when we've paid what we did to room and board staff and rent the conference room. That left a sour taste in my mouth. If you're just staying in a hotel room, it's a great location, but if you're planning on hosting a company gathering, maybe rent from a Regus or something instead of using the hotel's conference rooms.

This is our go to hotel when arriving at Dorval YUL airport in the middle of the night (3 am). This time we were woken up at 7 am by roofers servicing the roof. We were on the 6th and last floor, so it was impossible to sleep any longer. We left and complained at the reception. To our surprise, we found out a few days latter that they had refunded about half the price of the stay on our credit card. We never asked for anything and were pleasantly surprised. This is the king of customer service that we expect but rarely get. We will be back. Thank you.

I stayed here for just one night while passing through on business. The place is comfortable enough but a bit dated and some of the bathroom fittings are showing their age. Also there are no USB charging ports, which does show the age these days. Proximity to the highway means it’s a bit noisy but staff are efficient and friendly. If you need a place in Laval to eat your head for a night, it’s just fine.

I'm IHG platinum and soon Diamond. I appreciate the Brand and expect a certain minimum from the Hotels within the chain. To start I have to mention that generally the front of the Hotel and corridors look like a dump. I mean literally rubbish bin outside are overflowing, there are stain everywhere on the carpets, empty water bottles, rubbish and piece of rubbish everywhere in hallways. This property is not up to IHG standard and I suggest the company reconsider letting the owner operate under the brand. Beds are comfy, place is well located service is okay but no cleaning everyday, which is quite a let down. I guess you can request it. But why? Wouldn't recommend obviously.

Traveled with a tour group. The first night I was assigned a room that must have been a smoking room. There was no designation on the door that said smoking permitted, but the room reeked of smoke. I could hardly breathe. I asked the maid nearby to spray air freshener and I cranked the AC down. I left the room for dinner. When I returned it smelled better, but only if the AC stayed on. So I slept in a freezing cold room that smelled like an ash tray. The next morning I found a cigarette lighter on the floor. At six AM after barely sleeping, I asked for a different room, and I was given a room which was marked non smoking, Much better sleep the second night, good shower, comfy bed. Our group had an arranged breakfast in a conference room,

Not a bad hotel at all. However had some back up in the tub and the biggest complaint was this hotel has the slowest elevator ever and if you take the stairs they dont take you to the lobby they take you to the back of the building.
