Hotel photos are not accurate. We booked into room 513 as we wanted a room with a sofa bed.....a useable sofa bed! Sofa was pushed up against the radiator... in fact, it was actually touching the radiator. It was just too hot to sit down with heat blowing directly onto our face. The sofa bed was positioned in such a way that when opened it was not functional as no one could get in or out of it nor the left side of main bed. Definitely a safety issue in case of an emergency. Spoke to manager at check out and she stated that she ”was in every room every day” thus she must know that the room is smaller than quoted size. design and that sofa is useless as a place to sit or sleep. When we asked for the room to be serviced on third day the staff asked if we wanted the bed made also. Of course! Assumed they were only wanting to give us two clean glasses and a clean towel. Service in restaurant was awful! Slow and not attentive. Empty bottles remained on table until we asked for them to be removed, water was never refilled, food was either luke warm or cold. Restaurant was not busy when we had dinner so there was no excuse for the 2 staff to offer such poor service. The manager offered to give us a free night when I said I would write a complaint but we strongly declined. Will not return nor will we recommend it to anyone! If you need a room with a useable sofa bed, do not accept room 513 !

Easy to find. A safe area. This is a new hotel, very clean. Beds good. Water pressure good. Shower excellent. Elevators good. Continental breakfast good. Pool excellent (and they provide plushy pool towels). . Quiet hotel. Wifi good. Funky, stylish lighting, design, etc. A semi-industrial look but not cold and sterile. Quite fancy. There is an outdoor seating/social area. Staff was helpful (the Murphy bed must be unlocked and she came right up shortly after we asked them to do this.). No cots, but since the king bed is truly a king, we had enough sleep space. The ceilings in the room are 14-15 feet high, so a huge window, which is nice. (One caveat: the curtains do a good job blacking out morning light. But since they are so tall, it is impossible to fully cinch them closed against the walls, if you know what I mean. So a bit of light snuck in around the edges.) We paid around $220 U.S. on a summer Saturday, which was fair. Really enjoyed our one night here.

Le Fabreville has suites for romantic gateway all with different themes. It is really fun and exciting to have a double bath in the room to relax and have some good time while enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was great and comfy. We were in the room called « La Safari » which has kind of a cage inside. These suites are definitely there for sexy time and it is perfect for it! Good size tv and electric fireplace to get the mood going :) they have all kinds of adding you can purchase to make it even more interesting. I have to mention that sometimes included breakfast are just meh. But the little breakfast spot is super cute and well I gotta day everything was really good. France, the lady taking care of the breakfast, is a sweetheart. She took care explaining the ins and outs. Pastries were actually warm! That’s rare in a continental breakfast. Eggs and sausages were a great add on where sometimes you go to much more expensive places and you have only cereals and muffins. Really pleasant experience ! Will go back and experience another theme :)

There isn't anything near here except for the airport but it was nice being close to the airport for a good night's rest before flying out. The hotel would also be good for a business trip if you have to stay in the area and have a car. It does take about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel. The check in was quick and the hotel smells and looks clean. The room we stayed in needed a little help as the toilet paper holder was missing it's bar, the mini fridge was missing and the screw holes were quite visible and the some towels were quite frayed and in need of some replacement. The pool and hot tub were at a good temperature and there was lots of natural light in the area. There is a bathroom nearby which you can change in and the hotels are in the pool area. The TVs are pretty new but we couldn't find anything to watch so I would recommend bringing your own HDMI adapter. The hotel could do a better job for changeover of hotel rooms as the clocks showed the wrong time and the one went off unexpectedly at 6 am. There are better options in the city but if you are just going through Montreal or need a place near the airport this is a decent option for that and there is lots of parking.

Front on the highway side very noisy, at the rear probably less. Sheet metal bed base (don't hit it especially if someone is sleeping). Only one ice machine for the entire hotel. No milk or cream in the fridge for coffee. A few more small adjus**ents, new and clean hotel.

We spent a week at Home2 Suites par Hilton and were very satisfied with our stay. The front desk personnel (Linda and Shanti) wer every helpful and went out of their way to make ouyr stay pleasant. The fellow doing clean-up (Ubes) was everywhere working hard. The breakfasts were varied with hot and cold foods to everybody's taste. The eating area was clean and colourful...very inviting. Our room was as described online and served all of our accessible needs well. The suite was a very comfortable accommodation.

Despite an initial bad experience on the phone prior to check in (I called to make sure my credit card payment had not bounced and the person on the phone was quite rude), I am very pleased with my overall experience, the amenities and the staff friendliness went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are quite spacious with a lot of storage, I also very much enjoyed having utilities in the kitchen, the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer at any time were definitely a plus - same with the dishwasher. The only thing that a was a little off-putting was finding some hair in the bathtub, also the fact that it wasn't really possible to fill the tub with some hot water (it kind of ran out after a while). Overall my experience was very positive and I would definitely see myself booking a room again at Hotel Saint Laurent

We stayed over New Year's Eve and had a great view over the crowds gathering at the Christmas market. The room was clean and was as expected. The only downside of the hotel is that it's not very convenient to get to the exit, as you'll have to go through the mall first before reaching the lobby and then take another elevator up to the rooms.

Very good hotel close to airport. Would definitely return. Pros - amazing staff that are very customer focused (kuddos to the manager and training given) - this is a major differentiator - good gym that has descent equipment - whilst no restaurant or room service, basic food options available next to lobby - shuttle every 30 min to airport (with excellent driver that is also client focused) - good treatment of Ambassador and BonVoy status traveller’s - very good wifi - relatively new hotel Cons - no room service - no hot breakfast - pool has no sauna

We flew into Montreal and stayed one night at the Fairfield. We were picked up at the airport by a courtesy shuttle bus and within minutes we were at the hotel. Check in was very quick and the staff members were very efficient and friendly. Our room was very spacious and had the comforts of home. After putting our luggage in the room we went to the bar for a drink and were taken back by the price of a bottle of beer $10.00 The morning continental breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selections. I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s very close to the Dorval Via Train Station.
