We are currently staying at this lovely hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the walled town of Lazise. The hotel has excellent amenities but it is the staff that have made our holiday special. A particular mention to Guilia, one of the receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue with our room. All done with professionalism and a smile! Thank you Guilia. Also thank you to Enrico, Davide and Kelvin for ensuring that our stay was special. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of visiting Lazise.

We have stayed here for a number of years and the improvement in standards is very noticeable. The rooms are better as is the restaurant. We did not have time to use the spar but it did not even exist previously. The dining/breakfast room is also much improved and there is little to fault. Sleep quality has been marked down as the weather made our room too warm for us.

Cons. The hotel is located opposite a bikers rock bar, if you are in the street side this is not a great place to be with children. Both the live music and motorbike noise is considerable. We weren’t able to move rooms or get a refund to move to another hotel. Pros. Good locution. Food was good. Room nicely decorated and the deulux suit was a good size for our family. Would definitely go elsewhere

Die Preisleistung ist für dieses Hotel ist einfach schlecht. Wir haben für 5 Nächte 3000€ ( nur mit Frühstück) bezahlt. Als wir angekommen sind, mussten wir unsere Koffer selbst ins Zimmer tragen. Im Zimmer hat das Licht nicht funktioniert, da mussten wir erstmal jemanden rufen, der die Sicherung wieder rein gemacht hat. Zimmer wurde renoviert, aber eher oberflächlich… unsere Dusche befand sich neben der Eingangstüre unseres Zimmers im Gang. Hier war früher wohl ein Dampfbad… Dusche hat keinen Abzug/ Lüftung, deshalb roch es auch etwas schimmelig …. Personal ist auch nicht sehr freundlich… Frühstück ist nix besonderes. Spa wurde ganz schön renoviert. Ist ok. Halt im Keller ….. Bei diesem recht hohen Preis, hat man einfach andere Erwartungen und Ansprüche und fühlt sich hier ausgebeutet. Schade ….

A good hotel for a family stay. Pool was great (beach sand pool.. Wow!). Not a crowded huge hotel, but a small and confy one. Parking in underground garage is a big plus of you travel by car. Very good breakfast. Location is good, 12 minutes from Gardaland if you travel with your kids. We disliked the pillows and beds but this is always subjective.
