Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti, 2 adulti e una bambina, per una visita ai parchi e qualche passeggiata a Lazise che è sempre vivace, ordinata e graziosa. Ci hanno dato l'upgrade ad una suite enorme e confortevole, dotata di una cucina bella grande e un bel terrazzo. Letti comodi, abbondanza di asciugamani e forniscono le Infradito di gomma che in effetti, per un hotel con la spa, sono un'alternativa migliore alle Ciabatte di stoffa. Personale disponibile e sorridente. Parcheggio coperto e chiuso da un cancello. Colazione di qualità e ottima scelta sia per il salato che per il dolce. Piscine all'aperto riscaldate. C'è un'area molto accogliente dedicata ai bambini e addirittura un piccolo cinema! Ha superato le nostre aspettative, siamo stati molto bene!

Scarso Acquisto una camera venduta su Booking con la colazione inclusa, in struttura mi dicono che non è compresa. Ho fatto vedere alla reception che quando selezioni la camera, si legge perfettamente che la colazione è inclusa, lo ha verificato davanti a me anche lei , ha provato a dirmi che è un problema mio con Booking , ma non è così . Il problema lo hanno loro con Booking , oppure lo fanno apposta , visto che una persona è quasi obbligata a fare colazione in hotel per comodità . Mi sono rifiutata di pagarla, non per i soldi ma per principio , abbiamo fatto colazione fuori . Non fatevi imbrogliare , quando selezionate colazione inclusa e pagate di più , non è compresa . Personale in reception poco preparato e poco professionale .

Soggiornato qualche giorno con famiglia, ottimo hotel con camere ampie e ben arredate. Ristorante eccezionale dove si mangia benissimo, le suite con la piscina riscaldata sul balcone sono un must. La nuova zona SPA è veramente rilassante, massaggi, piscina...

Siamo ritornati a soggiornare presso questo bellissimo hotel che offre ampi ed eleganti spazi interni ed esterni. La nuova SPA è ben curata, con molti servizi per gli ospiti, dai trattamenti estetici alla zona relax. Molto bella e ad effetto la parete di sale e le capannine dove potersi sdraiare con più privacy. Da celiaca mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso il servizio ristorante, attento alle mie esigenze e pronto ad offrire pane caldo senza glutine e portate di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi voglia trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente elegante e rilassante

hotel molto molto bello, ho soggiornato per un week end di relax assieme a mia moglie camera ampia e luminosa dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno era stupendo! Spa ottima (secondo me il punto forte) e molto grande Posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro

Hotel molto carino e curato nei particolari. Posizione strategica vicinissimo al centro paese, lo rendono un posto confortevole e rilassante per trascorrere una vacanza in relax. Le camere sono più grandi della media, spaziose e ben illuminate. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi e di qualità. La nuova SPA è molto carina e il personale molto gentile e accogliente. Consigliatissimo
