I stayed in this no-policy hotel for two days. There were no hand towels, no kettles, no water cups, and only two clothes hangers. On the first day, there were 2 bath towels and two paper cups in the bathroom. After cleaning up the room the next day, only one bath towel was put down, and the paper cups were not provided, nor could I get them from the manager. There is only one person in the whole hotel, he is the receptionist and he is the only one serving breakfast. I would like to advise those who plan to stay at this hotel to think twice before doing so.

Arrivée très compliquée. La borne extérieure ne reconnaissait pas notre réservation et nous avons du faire l'appel d'urgence par 3 fois pour résoudre notre problème.
Nous sommes donc très insatisfait à ce sujet.
Pour information, le bac de douche est trop élevé.

Notre réservation pour une nuit c' est trés bien passée. Accueil parfait ,trés bien renseignée , et tout ça avec le sourire . La chambre était parfaite , ainsi que la literie . Petit bémol ,un peu a l ' étroit quand on va aux toilettes .Nous avons retrouvées le matin notre receptioniste toujours aussi agréable pour un bon petit déjeuner .

The listing on this website is A LIE. It twice says there is an elevator. There is NO ELEVATOR. My family and I were defrauded into staying here, dragging heavy bags up two flights of stairs. I am 60 years old and walk with a cane. Either a ground-floor room or an elevator are imperative. If we were not lied to, we would have stayed elsewhere. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE LIARS!
