Hotel très propre et aussi très calme. Les chambres sont bien équipées et il n'y a franchement rien à redire. Il est proche de la gare. Trouver une place de stationnement n'est pas si évident mais je suis entièrement satisfait de mon choix. Le personnel est professionnel. Le petit déjeuner a l air bien mais je ne l'ai pas pris car on m'en servait un ailleurs dans le cadre de mon travail.

Hôtel calme et très bien situé entre la gare et le centre historique à quelques minutes à pied. Les chambres sont biens, et l'accueil est chaleureux. Petit déjeuner en buffet, de bonne qualité et très appétissant.

Lovely hotel. Close to the station and tram stop. Room although small was clean and had all we needed. Good that we could park at the hotel. Good choice for breakfast with nice coffee. Gentleman on reception pleasant and informative

Very comfortable hotel and very friendly staff. The location is very good and it was great to have parking facilities. Breakfast was good a s we would definitely stay there if we are in Le mans again.

Cet hôtel est bien situé, une chambre un peu petite mais plutôt calme donnant sur une rue peu passante. Très bon petit déj complet, un beau patio, une personne à l'accueil très sympa et avenante. Au final, une bonne étape pour visiter le Mans

Stayed here one Saturday night. Very friendly & helpful reception staff and everywhere was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our room was small but really clean and well-equipped. There were also tea and coffee making facilities. No more than 15 minutes walk to the centre of Le Mans ( well worth visiting, particularly the medieval part of the town - plenty of excellent restaurants and bars) Excellent breakfast also in a quaint breakfast room. Incidentally, whilst there is an underground secure car park ( an option that you need to book), we arrived at 6pm on Saturday after which time the on-street parking is free and Sunday parking is free all day. Really impressed with Le Charleston - exceptionally good value accommodation. The staff clearly take a pride in the place.

Came back to hotel in the evening after a long hot day out to find my room had been let to somebody else, despite the fact I had a confirmed booking. All my possessions had been removed from the room and piled on the dirty floor behind the reception (see photo) If there was a problem, why did the hotel not try to contact me or my booking agent when they had both our mobile numbers? The hotel had clearly made a mistake with the booking but were very unhelpful. They said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. They offered me no help or compensation and gave no apology for their double booking. Fortunately, my agent was able to find me a room in another hotel at great inconvenience to us both. On another note, the car park is totally unsuitable for modern cars and sports cars as room is very tight especially when car park is busy. And, the towels smell of cigarette smoke!

Le tuyau de la climatisation de ma chambre a coulé toute la nuit endommageant mes affaires, aucun retour de la direction suit à ce préjudice alors que ce problème est apparemment récurrent car les climatisations d'après le personnel présent ne sont vérifiées...
