The hotel location is very convenient only 5 minutes walk from bus station and have shuttle bus to Mont Saint Michel in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean with reasonable price.

Restaurant services were poor, other than that its a pretty basic hotel, the hotel didnt really live up to the Mercure name.

Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, no bad smell. People are helpful. The food from the hotel restaurant was great!

Basic room but very clean, reception staff is great, we visited on the day when the Olympic Torch was passing through so there were special arrangements for parking and shuttles, but it was well-explained upon check-in. Note: if you’re arriving by car you need an access code from the hotel to enter the gates to the hotel zone, if you book through trip.com the hotel will not email you directly, remember to contact the hotel for the code after you book.

An extremely bad experience! You can’t drive in unless you get the parking code and contact the hotel before arriving the hotel, which we complete didnt know and I have to park the car outside and want ten minutes to the reception to get the code! The reception lady’s attitude is very bad as well and not that helpful! Have a smell inside the lobby although the room is tidy! Breakfast is just normal stuff, not worth to eat there! Don’t make a wrong reservation and have to ensure the date are correct since the hotel won’t let you change immediately after making payment and you have to book for another day and pay again even you email the hotel, which made me very angry!! Overall speaking, a fucking bad experience there.

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant. The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

Mercure Mont Saint Michel is conveniently located 1.5 mile from the main attraction. Room was small but good enough for a one night stay. Overall the space was clean and free parking was available. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel .

The very comfortable living environment is a scenic spot worth visiting in a lifetime. However, I forgot to take off my coat and left it at the hotel. I hope to receive the lost items sent back by the hotel as soon as possible.

The room is quiet and clean, and the transportation is convenient. There are buses to the station and shuttle buses to the island at the door. It is also convenient to walk to the island from the hotel. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for buying tourist souvenirs. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, the taste is very good, whether it is breakfast or dinner, it can meet the needs

The location is very good. You can take the shuttle bus to the mountains. Behind the hotel are hiking trails, rivers and open fields. Ask the hotel for a password before entering. There is a password-controlled gate. When you navigate in, you will go to the tourist parking area. Ask the commander there where the gate is and he will let you drive out.

Except for the price, everything else is good. But this area may be closer to the Sainte-Mont, so it is not cheap. The window is big, and it is very healing to sit on the sofa and look at the trees in the yard. There is a free shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel at the door, or you can walk. The stop to the train station is also at the door, which is very convenient.
