It would be a good place to stay if you visit Lecce old town.It takes 15mins to walk to train station,and 10mins to old town.Nice breakfast and big size bed..

Appena entrati si rimane piacevolmente colpiti dall'atmosfera che emana questo palazzo...la sala colazioni molto carina, il giardino esterno curato dove si può fare colazione o semplicemente stare seduti apprezzando la pace e la tranquillità. La camera spaziosa con un letto molto comodo, abbiamo dormito proprio bene! Ottima colazione, abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio di caffetteria espressa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Comodissimo al centro insomma lo consigliamo a tutti! Speriamo di poterci ritornare presto Marisa Enrico

L’accueil a été médiocre par la personne qui nous a reçus. Peu d’aide aux bagages.Nous avions demandé une suite or nous avons eu une cuisine en supplément ; mais les verres ne sont pas replacés, la vaisselle médiocre. Vue non pas sur le parc, mais côté rue sur des immeubles et des poubelles. Petit-déjeuner indigent. Le seul intérêt est la proximité du centre et le fait de pouvoir se garer dans la rue gratuitement.

The hotel was wonderful! It is a quiet oasis in the city. Spacious apartment. Easy street parking. Lovely breakfast. Good service. Very short walk to historic center. Very highly recommend!

We stayed at the Palazzo for three nights, it was a great base to explore Puglia. It was also an easy 4 min walk to the old town of Lecce. We had a car and there was plenty of free street parking near the Palazzo. The Palazzo is a little hard to find at first as it just has a plaque on the wall beside the front door. The staff were very friendly and explained everything about the Palazzo and also things to do and see in Lecce. They were very patient and answered all our questions. Our room was up three flights of stairs but luckily they had installed a small lift so we were able to send the bags up the stairs and we walked. Our room was large with a kitchen, eating area, separate daybed area as well as a large bedroom and bathroom. We had lots of French doors on to a balcony so we could open the doors at night and catch a breeze. It did have air conditioning. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I always think beds in Italian hotels look so uncomfortable as they have quite a small hard looking mattress but when you lie in them they are very comfortable. The breakfast was served in a lovely room on the ground floor, there were plenty of options. Lots of sweet treats, the pasticciotto was divine….make sure you try it if you go to Lecce. The only thing that could be improved at breakfast is perhaps a toaster and maybe poached eggs. I heard a few people ask for them and I would have loved to have some as well. Not a deal breaker, just a suggestion. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Our stay (Nov 2023) was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious, comfortable and just a block away from the cereal historic district.

Ai confini del centro storico di Lecce sorge questa struttura, frutto della ristrutturazione di una palazzina tipica del luogo. L’ architettura usata ripropone materiali e stili caratteristici salentini, questo compone un gradevole insieme. Forse complice la stagione invernale ciò che mi colpito negativamente è stato il clima di trascuratezza che si percepiva nel suo insieme: una terrazza della casa in forte disordine, personale gentile ma un po’ in affanno, la camera suite ampia ma fredda e soprattutto umidissima, sul letto una scomoda e pesante coperta che potrebbe essere sostituita da un comodo e più igienico piumino con il suo copri piumino. Colazione discreta ma andrebbe resa più varia, inoltre la saletta dove viene fatta e’ piccola e muoversi risulta difficile.

What a Gem. Gorgeous setting and spacious accommodation. Stayed 5 nights. Within Walking distance of the main part of town. Parking outside and an easy drive to main attractions in southern Puglia. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was delightful and fresh. Would gladly stay again
