The host is extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Location is brilliant and parking great. Breakfast is made fresh every morning with bread, cheese, cakes, cereal etc etc. Wonderful balcony to enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun go down.

It was wonderful! We booked on our way from Gallopoli to Lecce and was pleasantly impressed. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Would go back!

A wonderful B&B, great location close to the St Baggio gate / Old town only 5 minutes walk to the gate, around 10/15 minutes walk from the train station. Those arriving in cars plenty of on site free parking. Lovely breakfast spread my wife is gluten free but no problem alternatives always available. The host made you feel very welcome staying in his house, plunge pool after a very hot day - perfect!

Une belle demeure leccese à deux pas de la vieillie ville . Le propriétaire est adorable et parle bien français . Les chambres sont très propres et avec du cachet. Parking dans la cour devant la demeure . Très joli jardin . Bonne literie et chambre très calme Le petit déjeuner très bien. Notre petite chienne était la bienvenue. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Lecce

SDie Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Perfekt ist der abgeschlossene Parkplatz, das ist bei der Parkplatzsituation in Lecce ein ganz wichtiger Faktor. Hervorheben muss man die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers und der Hausdame,. Sie ist unglaublich herzlich, bereitet beim Frühstück Eier nach Wunsch, macht hervorragenden Kaffee und ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt Die ganze Anlage und natürlich die Zimmer sind top sauber, die Betten haben sehr bequeme Matratzen. Wir sind öfters in Lecce und haben schon in verschiedenen Hotels und B&B gewohnt, aber Dimora Charleston ist eindeutig unser Favorit.

It is well located. The see through shower is unconventional to say the least. Also when people are smoking on the balcony, the smoke gets blown back into the inside.

Nous avons recu un accueil très amical avec un café leccese par Manilo qui parle français et donne de bons conseils. L'emplacement est idéal, au niveau de la porte sud de la vieille ville mais surtout, il dispose d'un parking privé qui permet de ne pas avoir à utiliser sa voiture. Le bâtiment, petit palazzo a énormément de charme et le confort des chambres est bon. Si l'on veut trouver un point à améliorer, le petit déjeuner est correct mais peut être un cran en dessous du reste.

The house is great, excellent decoration, Sr Mario was extremely kind and helpfull...we expected more concerning the room, although there was a balcony, inside was not so confortable and the bathroom had a shower with no walls, one could be seen while taking a bath...also hte breakfast had a few options...only sugar things...it could be improved being a hotel of that level.
