Good hotel overall. Unfortunately the room was very dark with no sunlight. The main problem was with the hot water which worked intermittently between a very hot temperature and a very cold temperature. Very good and assorted breakfast.

Arrivati ci hanno dato una camera con vasca nel bagno, poiché l’acqua non defluiva abbiamo chiamato la reception e devo dire che la ragazza si è subito prodigata a cercare una soluzione ( scarico intasato da capelli) il che la dice lunga sull’attenzione degli addetti alle Pulizie, dopo vari tentativi abbiamo richiamato e ci hanno spostato di stanza, quindi in ciabatte e valigie in mano siamo rimasti nella reception con la speranza di risolvere in tempi rapidi, ci consegnano la seconda stanza impregnata di fumo… quindi siamo stati costretti a stare con la finestra aperta, dopo aver fatto la doccia ci rendiamo conto che il phone era rotto, quindi abbiamo aspettato la ragazza che oltre a fare il suo lavoro in reception saliva a darci supporto. Abbiamo chiesto addirittura di abbassare i riscaldamenti perché il cattivo odore di fumo era esageratamente fastidioso. Mi chiedo come in un pomeriggio come ieri con molte presenze si possa lasciare una persona a gestire il tutto. Se non avessi pagato In anticipo me ne sarei andata via. A fare tutto. Voto negativiassimo Colazione al di sotto delle aspettative

Hotel davvero molto bello, hall elegante e funzionale, camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione ricca e sfiziosa (dolce e salato), servizio ristorante top (professionalità ed efficienza del personale di sala straordinari), posizione perfetta, parcheggio comodissimo. Due nei: connessione wi-fi pessima (grave punto debole per chi viaggia per lavoro) e A/C in camera impossibile da regolare. Per questo motivo non si possono dare 5 stelle, ma resta comunque un albergo top. Consigliato.
