酒店非常好，特別感謝管家小樺，不僅出來接我們，幫我們拿行李，還給我們升級了房間，酒店裡麪就有自己的觀景台，拍照巨出片，小樺還幫我們區買奶茶，買葯，而且實效性非常好，隨叫隨到。酒店還有旅拍，就可以不去外面拍了，酒店的品質很不錯

酒店的位置很便利，去逛苗寨很方便。酒店還有專門的旅拍！粧造和攝影我覺得是苗寨最好的，特別説一下 我們的管家是浦陽～非常的負責任，從接到我們到我們返程，全程幫我們提着行李。包括很多東西不懂的，問他，都是幫我很耐心的解答！！手動點贊這個帥小夥！！

酒店位於景區最佳位置，帶着家人在店裡拍了很多照片，夜景特別美，管家歡歡和小彬特別貼心，一個帶着我們一行人去體驗蠟染，一個帶我們去另個景點，小彬帥哥還幫忙看娃了，真的很好，特別感謝，有事兩位管家都是隨叫隨到，有需要都會盡力滿足，總之這次旅遊住宿很完美~

硬件设施，环境，摆件只能打一星，服务硬生生凑了五星……不是因为这个服务，这个差评必须给了……第一次住到这样的挂牌五星级民宿，大堂相当像宾馆，并且酒店里还有旅拍社，住在这里到处都是旅拍的人还有摄影师……一开始给我的两间亲子房靠近不知道什么地方，一出门就会有一股非常浓郁的臭味，最后给我升级了，也没感觉多好。並且在這麼乾燥的天氣，酒店房間裡竟然不配備身體乳。
早餐品种少，且很难吃，唯一的好處是可以送到房間裡……房间里的硬件设施简陋，连书都大部分是假的摆件，在房間裡想看本正常的书都没有，本来是冲着小红书里推广的公区泳池来的，淡季直接水没了……推广能不能真实一点，即使淡季，我们也是真金白银来住的，享受到的却跟别人不一样
值得說的就服務，下車接送到酒店，出酒店也接送上車，基本隨叫隨到，還送我們去做蠟染，老闆你們就偷著樂吧⋯⋯請了幾個好員工⋯⋯拯救你們酒店的差評無數次

房間沒有很大，但是很乾凈，窗外的風景很好
房間贈送了一次蠟染，感受不一樣的民族風情
停車場到民宿有一定距離，但是管家歡歡一直接送
非常認真負責，帶給我們很不一樣的一次入住體驗。
