Was not as advertised
What was advertised was not what we got. Breakfast was only cereal bars & coffee. Facilies are very old & operator is spending very little on rehab & maintenance.

Basic room but service was so-so
This is the second year we've stayed here, so we knew to expect a no-frillsn budget motel. The location is very convenient for the lake and the supermarket.
This time, however, service was lacking. We arrived at 4 p.m. to checked in, and the receptionist and a housekeeper were more interested in gossiping than serving customers. Then when we got to our room it wasn't ready, and rather than apologize and give an estimate of when the room would be ready, the housekeeper was talking on her phone. I asked the receptionist for another room and was told I'd just have to wait, they were busy.
Might try another accommodation when we're in town next year.

ABSOLUTLEY BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!! Called for reservation which told of one price, upon check-in had added taxes/etc. added on which wasn't told about.....room had an awful drip from the bathtub/shower resulting on water on floor....one of the double bed flat sheets had blood on it! When told front desk they offered to move us to another room which agreed to but front desk person (a man) didn't even offer us (2 girls) to help with moving luggage/personal items and this was a midnight. He finally helped but only upon my insistence! He called his manager who came to work in the morning and never offer any kind of discount for the crappy room, horrible service, and inconveniences! Will sleep in my car before ever staying there again!!!

Non smoking room had been smoked in. The advertised breakfast wasn’t. Juice machine broken , coffee machine is brown water and there was virtually nothing to eat. I will not recommend this

Good value- close to all you need with clean rooms and great service! Quiet and close to the marina- restaurants and shopping. On site laundry and walk to a little store for gas and essentials- Prices are fair and staff is helpful. Breakfast items with coffee and juice in morning.

It was awful from the time I walked in the front door u til the owner came in and fixed the problem but the customer should have gotten an I am sorry for being disrespectful.

I was prepaid, but my card was billed again upon arrival. This mistake was corrected but it will be days before that money is available on my card.
This Doesn’t really affect me now, but there was a time in my life where this could have been a huge deal for me traveling on a budget so it’s a pet peeve.
