La proposition de sur classement dans une immense suite a été une bonne surprise. Le SAP est grand, on aurait bien aimé quelques degrés de plus à la piscine intérieure que l’on peut sans autre prendre aux bains à remous. L’extérieur est splendide avec beaucoup de transats autour de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table, au premier abord nous avions l’impression qu’il n’y aurait pas assez, et nous n’avons pas pu finir. Le parking est gratuit ainsi que la possibilité de recharger la voiture.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location very good and central. Parking was included in our voucher, which was great. We ate in the sister hotel restaurant "Pas de l'Ours" and the food and service was great.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été remarquable à bien des égards. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par une proposition de surclassement dans une suite. La chambre était magnifique avec énormément de bois et une délicate attention pour notre anniversaire a été très appréciée. Le spa bien que visible depuis le lobby de l'hôtel était très agréable , offrant des massages divins et une séance de yoga exceptionnelle, animée par Laurie, dont les compétences et la sympathie ont grandement contribué à notre bien-être et notre détente. En outre, le service de navette était efficace et pratique pour nos déplacements. En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel a été un moment de luxe et de bien-être que nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade mémorable. Un grand merci à Laurie pour sa contribution à notre séjour exceptionnel.

Nous avons découvert l’hotel via notre expérience au restaurant gastronomique Le Partage. Nous n’avons pas encore testé les autres installations mais nous avons été enchantés par le lieu : les materiaux luxueux et chaleureux, la proprete, les grands volumes de l’espace lounge, avec sa cheminee, qui demeure neanmoins jntimiste et cosy. Le personnel de réception et du restaurant étaient adorables et aux petits soins, et nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons essayer le spa et les cocktails signature du bar

Great welcome, extremely friendly staff. Proposal to upgrade to a wonderful suite with absolute comfort. Sunday brunch was delicious. The SPA is also very pleasant with several relaxation areas. Really great stay, thank you very much!

Very friendly staff and much appreciated family spirit. Quality of the room, cleanliness and services available are just top notch. Only downside, shower head system in our opinion should be revised. We had our dog with us and we were pleasantly surprised to see two bowls available for him in the room. Same when we went to have an aperitif in the hotel, the hotel service directly brought a bowl of water to our dog without us having to ask for it. Relaxing time at the great spa, ideal place for guaranteed rest. Small thing to review: variable essential oil will be great in the hammam. Yoga class offered was just great, we booked a session with the course leader who adapted the session to the novices that we were. Very good breakfast, I would just give a little more possibilities in terms of adapting the breakfast menus if necessary. Too much risk of waste…

Beautiful setting high up in the mountains. Superb property and extremely clean. Awesome staff provided outstanding service. We were there to attend my daughters wedding in nearby Sion. The hotel staff arranged for a driver with a Mercedes van to transport us to various events for the two days of wedding festivities. Our stay at the Aida made the entire week just perfect!

I asked to be contacted for the spa, am still waiting …..No interest in clients. Empty hotel but everyone so busy they can’t be bothered to deal with clients…. A dark hole with no service, a car park where only a 500 fiat fits, and total lack of interest in clients. Awful.
