We had a great stay. The natural light that wakes up every morning and reflects the sun on the houses has a warming effect on your heart on cold winter days. The rooms are comfortable, especially shampoo and cream smell very good. Especially the employees are friendly and interested. Many thanks to Nik, Marina and Vladan! Four adults (age range 22 to 60 years) spent a relaxing and restful week at the lovely Heritage Grand Hotel in Perast in September. The hotel is made up of a series of very well maintained attractive stone buildings that surround a courtyard. The hotel has great views overlooking the sea with Risan bay to the west and the gulf of Kotor to the east. Across the quiet and mostly pedestrianised road in front of the hotel is the hotel's outdoor (non heated) pool and seating area. There are also steps that provide access to the designated swimming area in the sea. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and we saw the staff cleaning the courtyard and communal areas every morning when we set off for a run (along the footpath from Perast to Risan). We had an excellent room with walk-in wardrobe, large bath/shower room and very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced twice a day. Breakfast (plenty of choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cold meat, bread, cheese as well as cooked eggs) was served outside on the balcony, which had great views over to the two small islands of Our Lady of the Rocks and St George. The staff at breakfast were excellent and worked very hard to serve the guests. In fact, all the hotel's staff were great and very helpful. We used the very small gym and the excellent indoor pool (plus sauna and steam room). While we were staying in Perast the hotel hosted a wedding in the courtyard which included live music. The hotel notified guests about the wedding and the music stopped promptly at midnight. Perast is a very attractive small village with several hotels, restaurants and churches. It is set below the main road that runs aound the coast and the narrow street through the centre of Perast is mainly free from traffic, which means that there is little road noise. Rising above the village are tree covered hills. There is a regular bus from the edge of the village to the nearby town of Kotor (1.5 euros per person each way) which takes 30 minutes. Thank you to all the staff at Heritage Grand for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very beautiful This time I went to Montenegro with my friends and it was the first time to stay at One&Only. It was also the first time to travel in Europe since I was studying in the UK for four years. After landing at Podgorica Airport, I took a local royal taxi at the airport and it took about three hours to reach the hotel. one&only can provide a hotel car to pick you up for about 220 euros, which is very, very cheap! After all, it only costs 220 euros to drive for three hours... But we didn't make a reservation in advance and took a taxi to the hotel. The service attitude of all the service staff in the entire hotel is super, super, super good! You are greeted with a smile, and all of them are very good-looking, handsome men and beautiful women. Everyone who smiles at you will really be in a super good mood! The environment of the entire hotel is really beautiful, especially the rec through the garden at the back, the swimming pool and the private beach! beautiful We booked a basic room for 3k per night. Before arriving, I was worried that it would not be enough or too average. But when I arrived and saw the room, I was so happy. In a place like Europe, for 3k per night, you can stay in a room of nearly 60 square meters per night. It's a great deal and our room also has a partial sea view (because it's a basic room, we can't be too picky about the view) The food and entertainment facilities are also super complete. We were worried about how to book a boat to go to the Blue Grotto at first. We asked rec directly to help us book the hotel's own water taxi with a smile on his face. The price is 200 euros an hour. There is no boat. The hotel brings its own pier from It only takes about five minutes to walk from the room to the hotel's exclusive pier, so you can get the most important part of the trip done without any effort! The swimming pool is also super beautiful! ! ! It is also equipped with a sauna, which is rare in Europe! Summary: The price-performance ratio is very high, the service attitude is also very good, and the scenery is super beautiful. There is no reason not to go. The recommendation index is five stars! !

I had booked the hotel months and months in advance and wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially given the awful weather forecast I was reading from the week before. The transfer from Tivat does take a while and includes a short ferry crossing more at the Tivat end. Our coach managed to reach the hotel despite the narrow roads on the approach. The hotel is built into the mountain side and enjoys a fabulous location. We had rooms in Luna with amazing views up the bay of Kotor. A buggy took our luggage to our building. Our room was sea view in the premium location (we had paid for this). However our daughter got a similar room that we had not paid for. Great. It is very true that there are lots of steps and slopes at the hotel. Luna is closest to the restaurant and the pool. We had read about this and did exercise caution at all times. This is not a hotel for guests with mobility issues. The staff are all wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the waiters, gardeners, receptionists, porters and bar staff. There was plenty to get involved in by way of activities, led by the enthusiastic animation team. The hotel complex has a small private beach and a cordoned off area for swimming. There is a beach bar which is open when the weather is good enough. Unfortunately the roof top bar was not open when we were there. I would have loved that. The main bar is under the restaurant and the décor is modern and it is comfortable. In better weather there is entertainment outside, but in the evening we preferred to sit inside. There are plenty of trips guests can do. Our daughter went swimming in the cave out from the bay for 25€ . A small ferry goes over to Herceg Novi for 5€ each way when the weather is good enough. Or there is the odd bus (very cheap) or a taxi for about 12€ to the Old Town. There are buses from Herceg Novi to Kotor and Dubrovnik. These trips can be arranged at the hotel if you don't want to go it alone. We really enjoyed the hotel vibe despite having only three decent days weatherwise. The pool area is pleasant, but in mid October the sun goes down around 2pm, so it is not perfect for sunbathing at this time of the year. The sparkling wine is great and is French and the house wines are very drinkable. If you ask for a cocktail with a particular branded spirit you will get a better cocktail than the premixed version. The dining experience was very pleasant with fabulous views from the restaurant. We could see that the food was carefully prepared and proudly presented, but we felt that many of the main courses lacked seasoning and therefore tasted quite bland. I enjoyed the pork dishes and the freshly made pizza in particular. My morning omelette was also a daily treat. In October there was an issue with wasps, just a seasonal thing. Friends we made used the spa and loved it. 20% off prices was offered. The gym looked pretty good too. We felt the hotel could do with a little shop to sell all the thing

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.
