The only bad experience is the swimming pool, because the outsourced staff have a bad attitude, speak Leshan dialect and don't understand what they mean, and the swimming pool time is artificially adjusted by them by 6 minutes. They said that the swimming pool will be closed at 9:30, but in fact, the guests have to get up at 8:50. I also understand that 30 minutes are left for cleaning, but why do they adjust the time faster? The swimming pool shower room is outsourced, so there are no toiletries, and there is also an uncle with a bad attitude urging you to give him the bath towel. In short, there is no problem with the hotel, don't go to the swimming pool.

服務很好，酒店地理位置很方便。angela提前電話聯繫詢問需求協調房間併發送了樂山當地飲食遊玩攻略。房間蠻乾淨的，設施比較新，會再來。

酒店無論是整體環境還是房間都不錯，帶着小朋友入住的體驗不錯的。前台和禮賓非常熱情和專業，房間也有床圍提供，早餐選擇非常豐富，lucy服務也很熱情，看到小朋友也會提供餐椅和餐具。
