In itself a great hotel, but the bedroom/bathroom are far too small. And no private parking is a disaster. Now forced to park the car in a nearby parking lot at €2.20 per hour. From 8 p.m. to about 2 p.m. you have to pay around €26 each time.
And the downstairs hall stinks terribly of "wet dog" = too bad. The rest is clean and tidy

Central location near Leuven Train Station (2 min walk). 20 min train ride to ,Brussels, direct connection to all major city. Spotlessly clean renovated room, very quiet. Air-conditioner can be individually reulated. Basic but delicious breakfast with everything you need for a good day start. Quick check in and out process. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are included. Hairdryer available at the reception for deposit which was a big plus. In conclusion a recommended stay, if it is not a problem for you that you get a small but funtional room for overnight. Best price/value ratio in Belgium.

They didn’t provide water heater (kettle) in the room. But they provide microwave and water heater (kettle) at the kitchen and we can use it freely anytime. It was very helpful for us, because we have baby and children with us

Hotel is right next to train station, very close to town centre. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and spoke English well.

The location is very good, very close to the station, only 2 minutes away. The room facilities are relatively new and the service attitude is good. But the room facilities are extremely simple. The price/performance ratio is quite high.

Hotel was being renovated, foyer was a construction site, elevators were lined inside to prevent damage from workers, air conditioning was switched off, temperature control was not possible. The booked breakfast was canceled and the price paid was only refunded on site - no information from the hotel in advance. Rooms are tiny even for an Ibis budget - I've stayed in several. Just a chair and a small bedside table for two guests. No soap or toothbrush cup in the bathroom, no brush in the toilet. TV remote control changed to Eastern European language, service couldn't help. You should give this hotel a wide berth as a couple!

There're renovated room but mine was not.
If you want to stay in clean room, please request that to hotel before you stay. But it's really close to the main train station and good for short stay.
And there's no kettle, no hair dryer but there's a tv
