The location is very convenient, there are shopping areas around, clothes, bookstores, supermarkets, and meals can be solved in one stop. The sanitation cleaning was not timely, and only cleaned twice after staying for five nights. Overall satisfaction, recommended to stay.

Always nice to receive a warm welcome upon entering the hotel. Jean provided the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism during check-in and was able to answer all our questions. The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed for the occasion. It was clean and quiet and Elizabeth in housekeeping was great. An excellent stay and definitely a place we will consider staying again in the future.

My husband had a terrible experience checking in, unfortunately. We arrived at 11:30pm, after calling first to let them know we were coming, and there was a woman at the lobby door who harassed my husband on the other side of the locked door about not having a key. It looked like a corporate event was going on. She finally let him in after being very rude, and the man at the front desk seemed embarrassed about her behavior. When my husband asked if she worked there, she said her name was “Kristen from Corporate” and she was just messing with him. Other than this weird exchange, we enjoyed the hotel experience. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. We would return, but hope for a better check in with no Kristen.

This was by far the cleanest hotel we have been in while we stay for our trip!
The breakfast was a nice selection, very delicious!
The beds were soft and comfortable.
I loved how there were separate bathrooms!
