房間寬敞，空氣流通，地處東郊。衞浴乾濕分離，但廁所異味嚴重，浴室也是下水溝的味道！早餐品種不多，最無言的是沒有咖啡，衹有所謂的二合一飲料！

房間很大，乾淨，有加濕器，定時供氧。早餐種類很多。有水果小吃飲用水。

還有一個缺點是，早餐在一層，而且需要東繞西繞很久，而且不好吃，大部分都是涼的，食品標牌也不全，各種茶放一起，分不清，管理有問題。房間很大，地點在拉薩算比較偏的，去大昭寺，布達拉宮都需要2-30分鐘，打車大概30多元。酒店晚上有氧氣，半天沒有。酒店一大缺點是，大堂在二層，第一天被司機放在了一層，需要爬一個大坡，差點高反。

設施：設施維護不錯，雖説有些年頭，但沒有顯舊。
衞生：住宿期間，衞生打掃，下水的頭髮沒有清理。
環境：比較安靜，離自然科技博物館近，離比較重要的景點有些距離。
服務：客房服務好，基本是有求必應。
